As an executive member at WoodSpring Suites, I wanted to share a brief and exceptional review for Streamline Movers. This moving company has proven to be professional, upfront, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I was particularly impressed with Elizabeth, my account officer/coordinator. She has been amazing to work with, providing prompt and efficient service. I must say that the entire team at Streamline Movers is outstanding, but my interactions with Elizabeth have been especially noteworthy. Thank you for your exceptional service! Zorah

I was charged $225 twice. Complained and never listened to my view. Never do business with them, they are not trustworthy.

Where is Our Stuff: A Review. August 2023. We moved 125 miles for work. This was our experience with Streamline. Pros: The movers did a great. They acted professional and wrapped all large furniture items thoroughly… creating art with tape and moving blankets. And the sales agents were quick to return calls. We moved during peak season (July/August), so I know they were incredibly busy. Cons: The waiting game, lack of communication, and sketchy payments. Our moving distance was only about two hours in length (125 mi), but we still had to wait a week and a half before getting our stuff. The moving crews were also different each time, so there was no way to contact the moving team directly. The movers also showed up before or after the designated arrival time window each time. Then, I had to pay via a non-taxable, cash-centric payment method…cash, cashier’s check, money order, or Zelle for a bill of almost two thousand dollars. Based on other reviews, this was a much smaller bill than most…but it was still a pain to provide payment this way and felt sketchy. Based on reviews from other top-rated, long distance moving businesses, almost ALL of the negative reviews have SOME or ALL of these elements. It’s a part of the moving industry, and this kind of lack of communication is happening over and over and over again. If you’re considering a national-level, long distance moving service (broker or otherwise), do your research. Be alert. Because you’re just a number.

I stopped in there to see if this business needed their windows cleaned, talk to the owner, told him it was seven dollars a window. He had 16 windows. That's $112 after completing the job The Man literally wanted to pay me seven dollars and then change his mind and gave me $20. I tried to leave but one of his employees come out to assault me. I pepper sprayed him. He tore the handle off my car and threw it at my windshield and cracked it, I now I have press charges against this man for malicious damage to property and I'm taking him to court for damages. After doing my research, I found out that this company just changes his name after a while of getting too many complaints so be aware. This was the worst experience I had!! They broke one tv tried to charge me 1100$ more than what was agreed on. Was a day late left items behind that was on the list to bring! They argued with me on the price talk about a company that scams people!!

This company arrived days late, damaged and stole thousands of dollars of personal property and damage to the house and then told my daughter she had to pay $1,100 more than the contract price to her stuff unloaded from the truck I’ll be happy to give you my name and contact information.
