      I ordered 2 sets of knives. The first one was i ordered two black little ones that go around my neck they sent green. They say they Dinosaurized *****..would fix it . So i then turned around and ordered ANOTHER ONE at 30 dollars and tell me the right one would be sent. Btw she wanted pictures of the knives and i sent them to her. So i waited another 2.5 weeks and got 1 little black knife that i didn't order. And you guessed it i turned around and ordered another one i wanted and today February 13th i get ANOTHER KNIFE THAT I DIDN'T ORDER Dont order NOTHING from these people.

      Payed for ******* shoulder holster for a left hand draw. This holster supposely ambidextrous, but its not. I had order left hand draw and its for right hand only. Thats not what I had ordered. This holster is a defect and I had ask for a refund. This has been going a month now. No refund.

      On 12/7/2023 I placed an order for a Fujobi Pancake Holster from a company Dinosaurized.com. Approx 2 wks I received a product that was not what they advertised as the holster I wanted. I e-mailed the company with my complaint, twice, with no response. The only evidence I have is that expense on my credit card for $46.00 and the return address of the company, which is ****************************************************************************************************

      On 12-12-2023 . I purchased a Fujobi Pancake Holster from the Dinosaurized Store for the purchase price of $44.99 Plus tax and shipping of $3.99 for a Total of $48.98 . The holster was supposed to fit a small ,medium size or a Large sized pistol . My PPK/S falls out of the holster and will NOT fit in the holster without falling out when I bend over . I want to send the holster back to them for a refund . They will not respond back to me . I want my money back . This is NOT the way to do business . Help Please .

      I am rejecting this response because:PayPal closed my case because I made TWO purchases and I was satisfied with the first purchase for $34 88 and PayPal closed the case . My complaint was for the second purchase of $49.98 of which I was not satisfied due to the product WOULD NOT fit .  I returned the product to Didosaurized for a FULL refund . PayPal closed my case and Dinosaurized has my money AND the returned product and I have nothing . Where is my money ???  Please help me  . Thank you very much .

      Ordered a Fujobi Pancake Holster on line based on a ***************** Store ad. When item was received it was apparent it would not work for me. I immediately requested a return/refund based on their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with prompt service from their **************** Team. A ***** reached out to me to tell me they had sent an old style holster and she would be willing to send the upgraded version to me as a consolation. I emailed her to tell her that I couldnt use that type of holster (IWB) and just wanted a refund/return. She then emailed a request asking how I would like to return it. I replied ***** and hadnt heard back from her or anyone when yesterday (12/28/23) another updated holster arrived in an unmarked plastic envelope with no receipt, packing slip, or invoice enclosed. I tried reaching out to them again by their Contact page with no response. There phone number, listed in several sites (not theirs), ************ is a non-working number. I am now out $47.00 with two holsters that I cannot use and do not work as advertised.

      I replied once before.  Complaint has been settled.  Dinosaurized has issued a refund, less my shipping costs, for the returned items.

      ***************** is the email used to place the order My husband, ***, made the mistake of ordering a gun holster on 11-13-23. They sent two when he only ordered one. They don't work as described, he can't use them like the ** advertisement. I've emailed them repeatedly about a return or an exchange but they keep stalling and will not send a return label or exchange instructions. The ******** page is gone so I can't file a public complaint. I'm attaching some screenshots of emails but there are even more than I've attached, this is a horrible company. This is a lot of money to lose. It wouldn't be quite as bad if they wouldn't have charged for two of these stupid things.

      On 9/1/23, I placed 2 orders:Order # ***** for 3 holsters, totaling $119.97. They were delivered on 9/8/23.Order # ***** for 1 ankle holster at $24.97. It was delivered on approximately 9/15/23 I emailed Dinosaurized Army Store on 10/5/23, requesting a refund. *********************** replied and asked if I wanted an exchange. I replied NO and said I wanted a refund. This went back and forth SIX times, where she kept stalling and stating, Please give us another chance, were just a small business. I reiterated every time that I wanted a refund because their holsters dont fit me right and dont function properly. She has now stopped responding. I would like a refund for $144.94 and an address to ship their holsters back to.

      Returned order ***** for refund 8/39/23 by signature **** priority and return shipping paid by me. **** tracking states "can't access delivery address". Contacted **** and was told the business had to initiate another delivery time which has not happened. Contacted seller and was given the runaround saying they issued a refund and paypal was reviewing. Going on a month now and no response from any contact attempts. Opened case with paypal. Fraudulent company, avoid at all cost.

      I ordered a product and was told it would take 3 to 5 days to receive a tracking number. I have not received it 7 days later. I contacted them. They said give them a few hours to get me tracking number. They told me my holster was sent 5 days ago. I'd it was in fact sent, they would have a tracking number. That tells me it's all a scam. I've already been charged for or.
