      I called this company to purchase a used refrigerator. They said they had a PERFECT condition refrigerator in stock. I said it must not have dents because it is going in a remodeled home. They sent a picture. of it. A couple of days later they said well we will get some stainless steal polish to get the damage out. Then they said we have another one that is better. The refrigerator was the old handle style that I did not want. At this point I just want my money back. After about a week of giving me excuses of we have to talk to the owner to get money back. After 4 more days of teasing they got my address and said the check for refund will be in mail. Waited one week never came. Called them up and spoke to somebody else and she got permission again to give me a refund. She got my address said it will be in the mail. They lied and never sent it out again. This process for the 2 lies took 3 weeks. This company lies about anything. I zelled them the money October 27 This has been going on for 2 month. They like to say we do not give refunds. I never took possession of the fridge and they changed the original one because the original one was damaged. Of course they will lie about this when you speak to them. As it stands now this is fifth person I spoke to 2days ago and said she will 100% get back to me same day. Could you please get my money back. They said I have a store credit I would buy anything from them if they were the last store on earth. They do not even answer the phone when called I am also a senior citizen

      We never promised our used Appliance look new.. we will be happy to give a refund if you would like to come in and collect from us the office.. I do apologize for the inconvenience

      Purchased electric range, refrigerator, and stack washer/dryer $925 on Thursday September 1 to be delivered on the following Monday. Confirmed 3 times that they would be delivering on that day even though it was a holiday. They never delivered never called to say that they wouldn't be there. Called on Tuesday so they would be out that day never showed up. Called later on Tuesday they said they would make sure it was the first delivery on Wednesday. Called Wednesday morning about 11:30 AM they said it was on the truck but would not give me a time is delivery. Called about an hour later they said it would be delivered between 2 PM and 4 PM. No delivery called again refused to give me the answers the lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. She refused to give any information she hung up on me three times. I called my client that was supposed to get this delivery he even stated to me she was extremely rude and that she hung up on him several times. Due to the fact that this was not delivered when it was promised on Monday I had to give my client $200 so that they were able to go out to eat as needed and get ice as needed since they had no refrigerator Or any way to cook at their unit. They finally arrived to deliver the units without a call prior as promised at 5:30 PM on Wednesday

We are the agents for the property owner assigned by the property management company to handle this. We are the ones who paid for the appliances and scheduled the delivery. We were the ones who had to give compensation to the tenant. We are requesting reimbursement for the $200.       On Thursday, June 16, 2022, I bought a used dishwasher from this business. They said it would be delivered and installed the following Saturday. They failed to deliver it on that day, and gave no apology or credible excuse for failing to deliver it. The following Monday (yesterday) they delivered it. I ran the dishwasher to make sure it was in working order, but it leaked all over my kitchen floor. I called them and complained, and they said they would "send a tech" out to repair it. They said this person would arrive around 11:00 am today, and he didn't arrive. They didn't even call with an explanation. I called at 12:00, and they said they "had a problem" and the tech would come out at 2:00. It is now 2:28, and there's no tech, no phone call. It is apparent that this is a disreputable business who has no interest in providing functioning merchandise or customer service.

I would be happy to swap out the dishwasher or have the technician to fix any complaints. If he will let us fix the problem. What I AM aware of, is that they NEVER come out when they say they will. I can't take off work, over and over, and wonder if they'll come out. If they HAVE tried to come over (which I doubt), then they came over while I wasn't at home, which I'm EXTREMELY uncomfortable with. Fixing the dishwasher... IF THEY CAN... is no longer an option. I was told that they would deliver the diswasher on a Saturday. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. When they brought it over, the delivery person looked me in the eye and assured me it worked. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. Then they said someone would be over at 11 am to fix it. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. When I called them at noon to ask why, they said someone would be over at 2:00. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. That was the final straw, and I wrote BBB to complain half an hour later. Even if someone COULD fix the dishwasher, I am NOT allowing anyone from this business in my home, given the extremely poor customer service. The ONLY remedy that I will accept is a refund.       On 4/28/2022 I purchased a washer and dryer set from this establishment. On 4/29/2022 a set was delivered to my home, it was not what was purchased. Both the washer and dryer were obviously not refurbished. The gas dryer was missing parts ( vent screen, no leveling legs) and was unable to be installed. The washer made a loud grinding noise after installation. When they were refused, the delivery men told me to "take it up with the store". I immediately called the store to be told that there will be no refund, refused to remove appliances, hung up the phone several times, etc. After being consistent with calling, I finally agreed to have a service technician come to the house to verify that the units are broken. I have a copy of his findings that state " dryer loud, washer bad bearing. I have called every day since delivery and the only response is that the manager will contact me. I paid $530 for a refurbished set of appliance with a 90 day warranty. I have a broken set of appliances full of dirt and bugs sitting in my garage. This was deceptive trade practice, it is not the set that I agreed to buy. I would like to get my money back, mostly because I don't trust the appliance sales for safety reasons.

      I bought a washer and dryer from Buy Low Appliance in March 2021. The dryer could not be taken with us on date of purchase because it was being serviced. Then the date for it to be delivered kept changing and I could never get a solid response on anything. Then when it came, it needed service and they took another week to service it again. Now, less than 2 months later, the motor is not working. Called for warranty visit. Given a appt but no call no show. I call and I get the response "the technician called in sick". Wow. They can't make it out for another week. I decide to file complaint. Visit BBB and see another customer with same issues. I try to resolve it without filing complaint. I take the dryer to the shop and ask for them to fix it today or even exchange or better dryer and I'll pay difference. Told NO, I had to wait for Technician. She was rude and condescending while I was trying to resolve this issue without filing complaint. Unprofessional and unorganized.
