The treatment they gave him was really disappointing. He was in a car accident 2 years ago and we reached out to "Patty" a worker who no longer works for them. She picked up his case sent him to the chiropractor right away. He went to a few appointments, and then she told us that he had no case due to the fact that the driver that rear ended him showed the police officer an invalid insurance."Patty" the previous employee, told us not to worry about the bill. They were just gonna tell the chiropractor to dismiss it. 2 years later we received a letter saying he owed the chiropractor $1,000 plus and that he was going to go into collections! we reached out to "patty" she told me that she no longer works for them and to reach out to the firm That's when we decided to go in together and speak to them. while speaking to Michael he acted as the middle man pretty much a mediator, he didn't show no empathy suggested we come up with a payment plan. His case was that since my son got a service from the chiropractor, he has to pay them. He pointed out that he signed the contract which states that he’s responsible for all the bills. I spilled my heart out, explaining that the situation, is very different from 2 years ago my son now lives in his own home he has his mortgage, his car payment, car insurance, utilities, etc.. this bill is stressing him out being a single young home owner with all this on his plate and they are doing this now!! We aren't asking for anything free we just want this bill to be taken care of like we were told 2 years ago! All Michael could do was send an email to the chiropractor for our bill to be reduced i understand "Patty" no longer works there for them, but at the time she was representing the Firm two years later we are getting a bill, The way they conduct business is very unprofessional I do not recommend this law firm at all.
