I am currently in dispute with Addison Landscaping, for a courtyard project. Run don't walk if you see this company company. Here's a list of grievances I have. 1. Selected August 1 and the project launch date. The crew showed up and demo'd the entire courtyard. They did not return until August 7. 2. There was no communication from Addison as to why there were delays until I reached out and his response was that the week was crazy. 3. The project included large poured slabs of concrete. The final product was very poorly done. 4. The slab, was uneven, there were footprints in the concrete, the edging was jagged and chipping off. There were drippings and bad brush strokes. It did not look like it had been poured the previous day. 5. I also asked that the concrete be dyed a dark grey color that I showed Addison examples of. It was not. 6. He came to review the project and acknowledged it was not good work. His words " the curing got away from them" 7. His solutions included skimming the concrete, tiling it, and / or painting it with cool decking to achieve the desired color. none of which were acceptable solutions. 8. I asked that he demo the concrete and refund my money less the cost of the original demo. We are now disputing the cost of the original demo. I originally offered to rent the dumpster from ******** ******* which would have cost no more than $400. His crew informed me that their labor cost are $25 per hour. it was a one day demo job. Addison is now disputing the cost. And has yet to begin processing my deposit refund. It has been a week since we determined this job was not repairable. I failed to do proper due diligence on this company. ****** them. Look them u on the Nevada Contractors Boards. There are so many similar complaints.

It's been two weeks and counting since the scheduled completion date. Calls have been directed to voice mail and emails were responded to with at best 5-7 words in one sentence. Three guys came by yesterday stating that they were sent by Addison to complete laying the artificial turf. After showing them the backyard I went inside the house. Before I knew it, they were gone with the roll of turf. I emailed and phoned Addison and all he said was "I'm on it". The quality of work will speak for itself as I have invited guests to come over for the house blessings after the supposedly completion date two weeks ago. Worst of all, payments for the project have already been collected!
