Ive done 2 claims in the last year and both have been unsuccessful. One was the dishwasher and even after leaving the dishwasher still caused lights to dim when started. The second was last week ac leaking originally leaking in closet once the tech “fixed” issue he pours water in line and water starts pouring out of recess lighting tech states I should sale my house because it will cost too much to fix. I call customer service and request a supervisor Mark Fowler who states he’s the president of the company says they are not required to tell consumers that fixing one issue maybe cause more/worse issue as well as the issue caused it ironically not covered by insurance and we have to pay for the repair. Mark also accused me of insurance fraud/unethical by stating that we should not be responsible for damage their technician caused. We now have no ac and are forced to put out more money for damages Dwellness caused !Review from chrystal and marcus

Absolutely terrible customer service, I have never dealt with less helpful people in my life. You can call looking for help and get put on permahold or jerked around being told you cannot get your system serviced because it's after April. Nowhere was it said that there's a limit on dates for getting an HVAC system serviced. Overall this is a terrible choice of company for anything home warranty related. Avoid or you'll end up feeling ripped off.Review from David D

National Home warranty (Dwellness) Las vegas, had to pay for inspection of water heater,Install fees before water heater replaced.665.00. would not replce till next day, 25 Dec Called about problem, 26 Dec recd call scheduled(Paid 75:00) scheduled Apt for 27 @ 9:00 ( inspected) had to pay install fees of$590.00 before it was approved. called company 2:00 told cant install till 28 at 2:00 -600, latter changed, Gloria changed it too 6:00AM on28 dec, Request supervisor contact told not available but would leave message for him Mark, to callNational Home Warranty, Inc. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for your recent service request . It appears the water heater was replaced on the 28th as you stated in your comments. Our apologies that we were not able to install the unit sooner due to heightened call volume from the long holiday weekend . We will continue to work toward same day resolution and apologize again for the delay.
