  So we meet with Kasey to sell my Mom's house who passed and agreed to a deal. After 4 days Chris the construction head calls and wants to inspect the property. Since we had already left the state, I give Chris the code to enter the house. Mind you these guys were very understanding to the situation. 2 days after Chris calls with some disturbing news, they would not honor the agreed upon sale but they could do it for $12,000 less. Since I had already left Las Vegas and went home to California they put me in a situation that I'm sure they knew would happen. I had two choices, accept or walk. I was able to recoup 2,000 of the 12,000 but these guys in my opinion knew what they were doing, they were originally gonna inspect house the next day but I never heard from them until I left town, I will say the Sale went smoothly and I was paid.

To clarify, we did explain that the final purchase price would depend on our contractor's inspection to assess necessary repairs. The price adjustment was based on the findings from that walkthrough—not an attempt to take advantage of your situation. We shared those findings as soon as we became aware of them, with the goal of either helping to get the deal closed or, if needed, pointing you in the right direction toward another buyer. When buying a home, there’s a lot that goes into making sure it's safe and properly repaired for the next family to enjoy. We're glad we were able to get the house sold and get you cash quickly.

  Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting place to try to work with.
  Long story short
  My mother-in-law became a widow last year and can't afford her home anymore. We reached out to a couple of the cash offer. Places to try to get her home sold fast to help her out. This was one of the places they made an offer. Mother-in-law was happy with the offer and accepted they signed paperwork on it. Then they just completely ghosted her for 2 weeks.... They sent two people to her house to look at her home and they were doing things and saying things that were upsetting her.... We reached out to the company to find out what was going on and were reassured that everything was okay then they ghosted for another 2 weeks completely ignoring all phone calls and texts..... Then when they finally contacted back they said that they wanted to lower the offer for the house after they already signed on a price......
  Mother-in-law said absolutely not and they informed us over the phone that they would send over cancellation paperwork. Going on 2 weeks now. And they have dodged all phone calls and texts and they have not sent the cancellation paperwork..
  I had reached out to a couple other companies and explained what we were going through and that we were trying to get another offer and another company I spoke to reached out to this company and informed me that this company told them that they were going to send an even lower offer even lower than the second lower offer!!!! Super dirty business..... These companies all talk to each other and they make it to where no matter what you will always get a low offer because they communicate to each other..... That's extremely tasteless and unprofessional.... All phone calls and texts between the company and us/mother-in-law have been recorded and documented.. please, by all means do not take a crappy lowball offer from this company. I hope this review helps somebody !

  Not only are they competent and efficient, they care about making my experience as easy as possible. David H. & Kasey M. are wonderful to work with.   wanna do a shout out to Sean ********, Tara ***** & Chris ********* at we buy any Vegas homes. When I decided to sell my condo, Sean, listened and had great customer service with me and even had that wonderful human compassion because he knew it was an emotional time for me to sell my property because of it being an inheritance,(Thank you, Sean) and when Chris came over to assess my property. He was also just a really cool dude very upfront and very personable. We ultimately decided to go with this company because of the customer service and wonderful communication with all steps needed to go forward, A big shout out to Tara. She was in constant communication with me with all the steps going forward and I really appreciated it, I would highly recommend this company if you’re wanting to sell versus going through a realtor I have already shared the company name with a few friends that I know in the future want to sell their property. Wonderful company wonderful group of people thank you so much!!!

  Customer service for this company was amazing. They were right on schedule. They told me exactly what was gonna happen. They did a conference with me.Customer service was good. They got me over connected with the investor buyer. He shared some numbers with me didn’t ball me out of the court and immediately took of business. They went over did a walk-through and inspection and that was it. My check was cut. I thank you so much for this company coming through for me to make this very easy, responsive and a quick turnover.

  Do to unforeseen circumstances we need to sell my mothers house in a short amount of time and move her out of state. Contacted We Buy Any Vegas House and was able to set up a meeting on the only weekend I was able to be in town. The offer was fair and they took care of everything leaving me to focus on my mothers needs. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of selling your home.

  This company will give you a high value offer, transparent and honest with the selling process, answers all questions that you may have promptly and keeps you updated on the progress of your sale. The sales agreement was drawn up with simple terms that could be easily understood without the need to hire an attorney to decipher the contract language. They are a trustworthy company that I would not hesitate to use again.

  After a longstanding eviction case with a tenant, I finally reclaimed my rental property to find that it was trashed and left in complete disarray. There was broken cabinetry, drywall damages, broken glass windows, and mold. I’ve never seen a house in such poor condition. I needed to sell the property right away so I could buy a new home. Having never worked with a cash house buyer company before, I did some research online and found We Buy Any Vegas House and read good reviews. I contacted the company to see how much I could get for the place in its current condition and Casey came out to assess the property and gave me an offer. It was a good offer and would put me at ease with not having to fix up the place on my own which would require significant time and money. I accepted the offer and the closing process couldn’t have been any smoother! Casey’s team was very communicative and kept me up to date on things start to end and answered any questions or concerns I had. My father was also on the title but out of the country, but they were able to coordinate having my father sign from the US embassy in the country he was at which was a sigh of relief. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quick transaction and how easy it was. Highly recommend this company!

  We were extremely pleased with the offer, the quick close and their promises! We could not have remodeled the home and netted what we did, especially in the short timeframe!!!! I would say don’t make a decision until you talk to “We Buy Any Vegas House”!
