      DO NOT buy from this company. The product is mediocre, and their customer service is horrible. You start a subscription, never get any reminder when it comes time for renewal, then they charge your card before it's even shipped out- they refuse to cancel it even though it hasn't left their shop. You cannot cancel online, and have to call. They let you cancel the subscription online- but you can't get online without them sending you an email/phone message with a code- which never comes. In addition, their product is not that good. I'd leave a 0 star review but BBB won't let me.

      310 Nutrition is a deceptive company with terrible customer service. I used to have two subscriptions with the company, both which I had cancelled a few months ago. They recently "updated" their platform, so while the web page I viewed showed "cancelled," there was a different page showing active. I did not know this until I was charged for both subscriptions. I have been in contact with the company via chat and email and NO attempt has been made to cancel my subscriptions. There is no option to cancel online, only pause for up to 4 months. Two orders were placed on my accounts for these "active subscriptions" without any notification from the company and customer service is refusing to give me any information. I've sent screenshots of my account, but the only response they have is their "updated platform" shows something different. I would have taken care of cancelling these subscriptions if I had known of this alternative website to view my account. I believe these actions to be are unfair, deceptive AND abusive and 310 Nutrition needs to be held accountable.

      I’ve been a customer for about 2 years. I wanted to use a BOGO deal in Nov and what should have been a simple online purchase turned into a complete and utter mess. I tried to add 2 bags of shakes to my cart and without me doing anything it doubled the quality. I tried to remove the extra bags, but instead the quantities tripled, quadrupled, and kept increasing exponentially until the order eventually got up to almost $20,000. It was the most insane thing I’ve ever seen. Each time I tapped the minus sign this happened. Instead of subtracting, it increased. I would close the browser and start over dozens of times only to keep experiencing the same issue. I eventually gave up. Then my husband used the shop app and was able to place the order. I called customer service to report the problem and they said they hadn’t heard of it happening. Then I tried to change a shake flavor for the next order of my monthly subscription and the website looked weird and said I had no active subscriptions. I was confused but was actually relieved because I no longer trust this company. My subscription was supposed to ship on Dec 29. I wasn’t expecting it. So then, because the card I have on file expired in Dec, I get an email saying they can’t ship my order because I need to update my card. Seriously? So I apparently still have an active subscription, but can’t see it when I log in. I was so thankful my card was expired so they can’t charge me anymore and I can just be done with them. I can’t even use their mobile website. I tried to log in and there isn’t any way to do it. I can log in via laptop but still, it says I have no active subscriptions so even if I wanted to continue receiving products, I can’t change the flavors or change ship date. I tried to call and was on hold for 20 min then needed to leave a vm. Told them to delete my account and vented my frustration. What a waste of time. This company sucks. Don’t waste your time and money. They make it impossible to be a customer.

      the product is delicious. the customer service is the worst ive ever seen! I have been emailing back and forth for over a month now. ( could they be waiting for the 30days to expire?) they asked me to jump through hoops to get anything done. 10+ emails later, I have to return the product that their carrier damaged the product I paid for. they required picture after picture of the product and the damage, (again trying to prolong the process?) I have to print a label, take it to the post office, the label they sent did not work off of the email, so i got it printed out. It was mailed out today, Dec. 12, 2023. I had three people that wanted to try the product, Im telling them now to steer clear of 310 nutrition! they just lost 4 customers!

      This company has horrible customer service. I had one return which they made a problem for me so I don't need to do anymore business with them. They actually insult you by offering you a discount to keep a product that you don't want because they figure it's cheaper to keep it. Their products do not seem that healthy for you anyway, and so many complain they don't work. meh..not worth the time or money. Very disappointed. They don't deserve any stars. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

      Regret purchasing the weight loss duo. Does not work. Order was placed on 6/7 and know I did not receive it same day. Called 7/12 and they refused to process refund as it was over 30 days. Customer service rep Rebecca tried to help but her supervisor Ronnie did not want to do anything for me over than 30% refund of what I spent. Beware of 310 Nutrition, not the best. Lesson learned and will never order from them again

      For a week I kept seeing ads on facebook for this special offer. Receive a starter kit with 4 sample bags of shakes, a shaker bottle and if you ordered now you would get a box of their lemonade for free...a $39 value. I had never heard of his company so I googled them and found their facebook page which I joined to see people's comments. It seemed legit so the next time I saw the ad, I ordered that sample pack. The lemonades were not included. I tried numerous times to call their 800 number only to be told the number was not in service. I clicked through all my emails and finally found a way to mail them. The representative was very rude and told me they didn't have that promotion and tried sending me a link to another one he said is what I should have ordered THEN he told me they do not issue refunds on starter kits. Also, when I tried to complain on their facebook page, the adminstrator denied my post. Seems no one is allowed to post anything negative about the company.

      This company is a scam ..... i just signed up for an offer with 3 vanilla pouches and shaker where u only pay for shipping....the company automatically sign u up for a 14 days trial IT COSTS ME $59.48...without my consentment....after reaching up customer service....horrible ..... they dont want to give back my money and dont want cancel the order saying they cant cancel it cuz it was already packed and shipped....now they telling me to wait to get the order to have it rerurn and have my money back....as i read the reviews it seems they dont give u a full refund.....i will then take the necessary steps with my bank to have this transaction blocked......PEOPLE BE AWARE....

      I placed an order I noticed I added a infused water bottle I didn't want so within 5 mins of placing my order I sent an email to cancel that bottle they got back to me about an hour later telling me that the order already went through and they could not cancel it it wasn't even shipped out yet so I tried another representative they told me I was already working with somebody that they couldn't help me so I went back to the other representative and pacifically told them I do not want the bottle they came back and told me that the supervisor said that they can give me 30% off the bottle only the bottle if I kept it I asked if they had a free postage and handling label since it was a mistake they told me they don't supply that I would have to pay for the shipping back so we are shipping is raised I'll be paying $10 to send this bottle back so I lose out $10 so now I have no choice but to keep the bottle at $25 with 30% off but I don't want the bottle they couldn't help me whatsoever and I honestly feel they should treat people a lot better

      I ordered the 3 day sample to see if I even liked the product after being on Thrive for years. The product was disgusting and had no effects on me. I tried canceling online which let me to having to call and cancel. After numerous calls and getting the run around of them trying to up sale and not letting you talk it's ridiculous. The last call I made I simply kept repeating cancel my subscription. I check my email today and I'm charged for product I do not want. $65. This is the worse company I've ever dealt with. I would give them zero starts and never recommend anyone doing business with them.
