    I was getting quotes to have my fence replaced in my back yard and extended to the front the back being 6ft dropping down to 4 ft in the front on march 23rd ****** from A1fence came out measured received my quote and went with this company $15443.00 on March 30th they picked the deposit up on April 3rd I informed them I had 2 large dogs and could not go without a fence in the back more then 2 days after calling a few times with no response they started the project may 1st starting in the front after a couple times asking the installer when the back was going to start so I can do something with my dogs I was told they were done and the wrought iron fence across the front will not be ready for 2 weeks when I said that was not the agreement I was told ****** would contact me ,he did and came to my property may 4th and started out twisting words and numbers trying to confuse the conversation without saying he either measured wrong or anything implying it was my fault in the end I told him to leave and have someone else contact me to which his answer was I am the only one that can help ***** my front yard is torn up and the back they have not touched and Im not sure what to do next

    Dear BBB, I can't believe the treatment I just received. Very poor service. I'm suggesting that no one else go to this company. I spoke with Rosa at the front office and requested an appointment upon which I can get an estimate on replacing my rolling gate. Rosa stated she did not have anything for at least a week, and although that was a long period of time to get an estimate, I went ahead and said okay and we'll make the appointment. She then asked me to fill out a form. I told her I don't have the time needed to fill out that form, and she then refused to provide service because I would not fill out some form. I told her all I needed was to get a quote this is not that big of a deal and that her representative would collect all the information when they're out here anyway. That is normal and customary in this industry. I asked her to fill out the form for me and she she would not. I told her that I am too busy to fill out this form and she basically told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone. I called back and asked to speak to the owner, and she said he is not available and asked was regarding. I told her that she knows what is regarding as I just got off the phone with her. She said he is not available. I told Rosa that either he talks to me so I can tell him of the poor customer service that I received and how I would not be doing business with his company, and why he lost the business. She said he is not available again. I told her either I speak with him, whenever that would be, or I'm going to go ahead and file a complaint. She stated, "go ahead." Those are her exact words. Is that how you guys do business? Why would I want to do business with you if that's how you conduct your affairs with people that are not even clients yet. I responded to an advertisement off of the Better Business Bureau website. I can't believe the treatment I just received. Very poor service. This is why I'm suggesting that no one else go to this company.
