    I submitted an order on the 27th of June. I contacted them via email a little over a week later explaining that I never recieved tracking for my order and they told me to wait 3 buisness days for tracking. After about 4 days I con5acted them and they told me if I dont recieve it in 5 buisness days they will refund me. I contacted them again and today is July 20th and still no response. Do not do buisness with them if you value good customer service.

    I placed Order #EV2201805 on 4/20/2025 for ten Geek Bar Pulse vapes (and one complimentary vape for ordering ten). The total for the ten Geek Bar Pulse vapes that I paid for came to $103.04 (appx $10.30 each), and I was also charged $2.06 for the EightVape Package Protection, $7.99 for the Adult Signature Fee, $71.80 for the Minnesota Vapor ******** Tax on the ten vapes, and $8.47 in additional tax, bringing my grand total to $193.36. Two of the vapes I paid for were not delivered. I ended up being refunded for only the price of the two vapes ($10.30 each), but not for the *************** ******** Tax or other tax I paid on the missing products. They refuse to refund me the additional money like they did in the past when I ran into this same issue (I believe I also created a BBB complaint at that time), and they indicated that it is their policy to not refund either of these taxes. Rather than giving me a refund, they gave me a 20% off discount code to use on my next order, although I had already told them I will never order from them again since they refuse to refund me taxes that I paid on products they never sent. Nowhere on their website does it tell customers that if their item is out of stock, they will not be refunded the *************** ******** Tax or other tax that they paid, and I believe this is an criminal business practice. I want the *************** ******** Tax and other tax that I paid on these two items refunded.Three PDF files have been attached as supporting documentation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I was subscribed to the business's marketing emails without my consent. I received an email notifying me I had been subscribed and have received several subsequent marketing emails. I have never purchased anything from this business, did not use their website prior to attempting to unsubscribe, and did not give them my email.I attempted to contact their Privacy Compliance Officer via email to request I be unsubscribed and have my personal data deleted, as listed on their Privacy Policy page: **************************************************************. I received an automatic response informing me that this inbox was completely unmonitored and to get help I would need to email their customer support email address. After sending my request to the customer service email, I received another automatic response informing me that all support requests now ONLY can be resolved via a zendesk form request.I have submitted this request through the form, but it is unclear when or if I will receive a response, and it appears that they are lying about having a Privacy Compliance Officer available to amend or delete data as they claim, or at least no longer make it possible to actually contact this person in any way.

    I placed this order on March 20 2025. It's to be shipped **** priority mail. Their website indicates the order has been processed and completed. I've inquired about delay in shipping and tracking number. I received a response from them stating the order has been shipped. No tracking number. This is a signature required package. Without knowing when the item is shipped or tracking number I have know way of knowing when to be home to sign for it. And as far as I know the item has not been shipped. I've ordered hundreds of items online and never have I not received a tracking number once it ships. I suppose I could just wait and see if it EVER shows up. Which might be ****'s problem. But I don't even have a tracking number to contact the post office. The company should notify me when the item is shipped and a tracking number. As all my orders from companies have done in the past. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks ***

    I feel this is unacceptable and the company is only retaliating against me for contacting the bbb. If they found the order in a different bend.. and said it was shipping out, why would they need to give me a refund, I would never accept a store credit for obvious reasons,  and a reshipment would start the whole order process all over. Which means another 7 to 12 days to process. The order wasn't lost! They found it! And informed me that it will be shipped out asap! I'm very frustrated with the actions of this company!

    We have had 2 shipments never arrive, tracking showed they disappeared at the ******** hub, took weeks to get response and reimbursed March 4 we had a shipment show up with the back having obvious signs of being cut open and taped, not torn. 5 of 8 products missing. Immediately same day took photos and send complaint to company. They have not responded.

    I placed an order on February 4th, spending over $100, with an expected delivery date of February 13th. However, the tracking website indicated delays on February 13th and 14th due to a snowstorm. While the snow had melted by midday on February 14th in ******** and *********, the delivery was further delayed on February 16th, citing weather conditions, with a new delivery promise for February 17th. As of February 19th, the order has not been delivered, and there have been no updates or reports regarding its status. Additionally, there have been no major accidents or weather-related disruptions on the freeway between ******** and ********* since February 14th to justify the continued delay. I submitted a customer service complaint on 2/***** February 21st, I escalated the issue by sending a complaint also via *******, which went unanswered. Shortly after I treatened Eightvape with filing a bank dispute, same day, customer service responded to my email, stating: "Thank you for contacting us. We have reached out to the carrier to get more info on this order. Once we receive an update, we'll let you know as soon as possible." Since then, I have received no further communication, updates, or resolution; tracking has also not been updated either. This lack of communication, failure to deliver within their timeframe and poor customer service appear to be possible fraud and are unacceptable, especially for a purchase exceeding $100.

    I never received my package. I contacted the shipping company on the 10th and 11th on those dates they said they had no updates. Now today on the 13th the tracking says delivered Sunday the 9th. Yet I was told this company wouldn't deliver on Sundays. I never received this package. In the 10 years I have shopped with eightvape I have never made a false claim. I need help with this as I can't call eightvape. I sent them another email yesterday saying I never received my package and now I know they're just going to say, the delivery person says delivered. I live in a community where I know every one of my neighbors so even if it was delivered to them I would have gotten it. Plus, the company claims that delivered Sunday at 7pm! This is not true. I need eightvape to replace that package the driver lost and is claiming to have delivered or refund my *****.
