At first Dr. Golpa and his staff were very nice. I had some issues and they did work with me. I have had my implants for 5 or 6 years I think. They had to make new ones a couple of times, due to breaking. I was on a payment plan, then Covid hit. I informed them and at first they were nice about it, I could not get a job and had no income. I had paid them 30,000 dollars and owed them $2,750.00. I wanted to get a cleaning and had called they told me 500.00 and they said nothing about the balance. I was saving up for the cleaning because my mouth FEELS LIKE SANDPAPER. Then suddenly I was eating and there was something hard like a piece of bone and my front tooth chipped. I called to see what they could do. They kept saying I had a balance, explained that I had not worked in 2 years, had no income for over a year. I had to sell my car and and some other stuff. I asked if I was able to borrow some money and give them $1000.00 could I get it fixed? I would work on the rest, I had just started working. They never answered just sent me an invoice that I owed $3,831.00. So they added something, so now when people ask! about my tooth, I tell them it was Dr Golpa who did it. So my teeth still feel like SANDPAPER AND ALL MY ACCESS HOLES NEED TO BE FILLED! I CAN STICK MY TONGUE UNDERNEATH MY RIGHT LOWER IMPLANT IT IS SO BAD. I think I found an office who will repair it and take a look at the work that was done. So I believe they only care about MONEY! Update to this review, i now have 2 broken teeth I was told that i would need a whole upper Implant. and that they were plastic, for 30,000 they should not be plastic. I was told that the bottom was shaved down to a cone look. They will not answer my emails, or schedule me. I am hoping we can resolve this issue. I don't have the money to get another Implant. I think for 30,000 dollars, they should last for a life time

I had my teeth done 3 years ago and have had zero problems. Very happy with the work and how I was treated. The procedure went smoothly and was really pain free.
