After signing and paying $8695.00 I've only been connected with 1 date in 82 days. On May 22, 23, I sent a letter informing the company of my dissatisfaction and requested a refund. In response, they said no. Up to that time the communication with the company was negligent. When in the office of the sales representative I was told to inflate my a annual income on my profile to increase my precieved value for prospective dates, she doubled it. The representative then told me of a gentleman that she just interviewed that she thought would be a good match, he was the one date that I had from this company (did not work out). This company is a fraudulent company that doesn't provide the service that they proport they will provide in a timely manner for the exorbitant amount of money they extort from vulnerable people.

We are surprised by this review, Heidi. Our matchmaking team provided you with an introduction which you reported saying you found "attractive, respectful, open-minded, intelligent" along with many other positive qualities. The only negative feedback you mentioned was that your match was "shy and not involved in conversation" during your birthday party at your home. Our team also conducted a 50-minute dating coaching session with you where you shared your dating and relationship history and the coach made a few updates to your profile based on that conversation. On May 8, 22, 23, 24, and 25 we reached out to you about another match and coaching session but did not hear back. On May 26, you spoke with a member of our management team and decided to place your membership inactive. If you would like to further discuss your experience and how we can improve your experience, we would like the opportunity to speak with you and encourage you to reach out to us.

They were very nice and professional when we first met. They made many positive promises to me about their company. They charged me $2,000 (which I really couldnt easily afford so they convinced me to use a credit card!). This should have tipped me off to their money-making scam! they did set me up with 2 inappropriate meetings after promising me they had several great candidates to meet with me. We had almost nothing in common as to the responses on their questionnaire, and one actually walked out on me as I voted republican (she told me that that was one of her requests to them not to set her up with a successful conservative man!) They lied, and basically conned me into paying with a credit card! Im still paying and since have accrued several hundred dollars in interest! I am trying to forget this s**** job, but also forget to pay their high price collections agency. Just like ****************, ************,, ************ (maybe they dont like you if your name start or ends with J! I had asked them to at least give me back half of my money as they had fulfilled less than half of their quarantines to me. Sounds like a breach of contract! I have since moved out of state, spoke with them and relayed this info to them. They told me they would have somebody local contact me. I still havent heard anything back, just like they rarely returned any of my calls when I tried to reach out to them when I lived in Vegas.! They post 5 or 6 positive experiences, but I feel there are probably hundreds unhappy with their services not posted! I would avoid them like the plague! No wonder they arent BBB accredited like they were when I first checked them out!

We are sorry to hear of these complaints, Jeff. To alleviate confusion or concern, we ask that our clients complete and review multiple documents upon enrollment. We also provide 60-90 minutes for the intake interview which allows for ample time to ask questions about the program they are entering into. We are happy to share that with over 20 years in the singles industry, we have helped countless people find love. After placing your matchmaking membership on hold in April, we've called you 8 times to discuss your membership, but we have not received a callback. We would like to discuss these concerns, so please call us at your earliest convenience.

I signed a contract with the company on 11/09/2021 and as I walked out I already had remorse. I told Iris I can not afford it but she assured me that they will find me a rich man that will pay the bill. It is just morally wrong. I feel ashamed that I fell for the sales pitch and signed the contract against my gut feeling. I contacted them within 24 hours to cancel this contract but SURPRISE....they refused. They better quickly find me a rich man otherwise I am going to end up in jail because I can't afford this .

We are saddened to hear of this review. Our enrollment process is an extensive one where we allow our clients to ask questions, review their membership terms and paperwork all before leaving our office. Since enrolling, Ms. J****** has spoken with multiple multiple certified Matchmakers as well as management reach out to assist her. She has elected to place her membership on hold and not accept matches. We will reach out again to assist her with the hopes of providing her the service she's investing in.

They are lying. I spoke to them to talk about my remorse and get my money back. I have never put my matchmaking on hold. If I can't get my money back they better do their job. It's a scam. I'm calling them daily and nobody get back to me. Thanks for trying.

I'm not sure that calling us liars, a scam, then telling us we better do our job is the best way to find success through a matchmaking service. We will do our part. However, the attitude of the client is paramount in the success of the client.

Signed August 2020, This company lied about their service. Complete misrepresentation of what was told to me. The sales lady who signed me up was named Iriss, she was friendly and told me everything I wanted to hear. She claimed they have a hugh pipeline of rich successful men, doctors, ex football players, lawyers etc...This company is a scam and I want my money back. They will not refund me because, they claim that once you make contact with someone by phone you can not get refunded. The first contact they had for me was not a match and they knew that person was not a match, the man was 70 yrs old and did not speak good english, the second was a 65 yr old Jewish that studdard I could not understand half of what he was saying and the third one was obese and had health issues. I have had several different matchmakers, staff keeps changing. They call me and say I have a match and then a few days later they call me back and say they have left several messages for the match and he has not returned their call so they are moving on to the next match for me. This has happened several time and I am still waiting for them to match me. It has almost been 1 year and I have not met any one. This company needs to have a class action law suit file against them for lying and taking peoples money. I might even take legal action soon.

This company is a complete ripoff and I am not alone, I would like a full refund
