      Ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses at $54.29, plus shipping at $9.95. Lens.Com doesn't reveal on the invoice the taxes and "processing fees", it's hidden on the invoice which requires you to click an additional icon to view. I should have been charged $227.11 + 8.3% in sales tax or $245.96. Instead I was charged $330.17, with nearly $85 in hidden fees. Unfortunately, I was paying attention to the cost per box when I clicked submit order rather than the order total. I immediately noticed the subtotal was wrong and chatted their live rep to cancel my order. I chatted their live rep and they refused to process my cancellation via chat, claiming they could not verify my identity and that I had to call. I called three times and never spoke with a rep with wait times of each call totaling over an hour and a half. A rep finally called me back after at the end of day and agreed to cancel the order, but I have yet to receive a confirmation of the cancellation and my account order on their website still states it's being filled, rather than canceled. When asked why I wanted to cancel my order, I told them their hidden fees were not transparent enough to the consumer, and wanted it canceled. I disputed the charge with my credit card, in hopes to receive my refund.

      TOTAL SCAM. They add fees on top of the price, and instead of offering lenses at the actual cost to you, you have to do their stupid rebate. It takes several months to get the rebate, and the little trick in there is that to GET the rebate, you have to cut up the boxes. So -- can't return them. They sent me the crappiest, more poorly made contact lenses I've ever tried to use. That's $300 down the drain, and since I don't have $300 EXTRA dollars, I'll be wearing glasses for the next six months. I hope they get shut down.

      Don't ever use them I ordered my contacts and never received them and had to callback 3 different times to get my refund, even requested supervisor and representative refused.

      The rebate is a pain in the butt. You have to cut a piece of every single box and then mail it in signature vacation, which cost over $5. Then you wait months for the rebate to come on a Visa card

      Don't EVER order from Lens.com. First of all they have this rebate program which requires you to cut the boxes apart and takes between 3 and 12 months to receive (what a hassle.) Secondly, they sent me the wrong prescription and because the boxes were cut (for the rebate program) they will not accept them and replace them with my correct lenses. I'm so over it - time to find a new supplier (other places are cheaper anyway.) Avoid this company!??

      This is the worst contact lens that I have ever dealt with in my life! I am 36 years old and have been wearing contacts since the age of 15, and I had never had this issue as I have had with lens.com. they are totally deceptive and dishonest with their prices. They are very archaic in the way that you order contact lenses most people allow you to order the contact lenses with the power on the website and you select it, but this particular company you only can upgrade and upload the prescription and they send out wrong orders all the time. I called in and told them the order that I needed and the agent stated that they would send the correct power and they did not. Instead of them trying to rectify their issue and send out the correct pair of lenses while I would send the other ones back they stated that they could not send the correct lenses until I returned the original lenses by USPS snail mail and that they process them. At that point they say that they would have to issue a credit and then I would have to go on the website and reorder them again. Mind you the time that it would take for them to receive the order back would be over a week and then another week for them to process it, meanwhile I'm out of my $150 and my contacts and I cannot see. The management and agents that answer the phone are not compassionate at all are incompetent don't know what they're doing and are straight up liars. I have called several times to voice my concerns and not being able to see an am legally blind without my contacts and because they send the wrong contacts seeing if they could please send me out a new pair but they refused. They are very non-sympathetic and non-empathetic and do not care about their clients at all. Steer clear of this company and try to go to other companies whose websites are more clear allow you to upload the prescriptions and select the correct powers and will send you an updated pair of contact lenses if it's their mistake. I cannot stand this company.

      Hard Pass on this Retailer. Hidden fees with no explanation, once you arrive at the shipping/payment screen, They significantly increase the purchase price. Emptied my cart and purchased elsewhere. I have screenshots to show this.

      As noted by all others, their pricing is highly deceptive and should be investigated. As noted, you will see a price of say $405 for 8 boxes of contacts. When you get to check out, this becomes $635. I asked via chat why, and got this reply from them: "If you are wondering what is the taxes and fees, it is a combined cost for taxes - not a sales tax nor state tax, it is a tax recovery charges and for the fees, which is compensation for processing your order and handling charges which are compensation for servicing and handling your order. It is a combined cost that is listed as taxes and fees on the charges." So, "tax recovery charges" and the bogus "processing and handling charges". This company should be fined or disbanded.
