I bought a coat from Ted Baker on the 23rd of January. I tried to return the coat on the 26th and the staff first would not allow my partner to do the return stating that I had to do it with my receipt. I came back with the receipt and then they said the coat smelled like cigarettes and refused to take it back. The coat was never worn, it was stored in a place of business where there is no smoking, and the store refuses to uphold their return policy. They can make up that the coat smells like cigarettes and refuse to take it back although there is NO smell to the coat since it was never around any smoke.Initial Complaint

Order Number 149409807A. I ordered two bracelets. One was missing *** shaped fixture on the end of the drawstring on arrival (faulty product). To process an exchange for a complete product, I followed instructions to their online return form which is broken.*********************************************************** This form errors with ***************************** selected. Please choose a *************************** however the form does not provide this option. All provided *** options result in the above error making a return impossible. They also provide a phone number ************ which placed me on hold for ***************************************************** they're busy, please email ******************************** and then hangs up.I mean... wow. I loved the products from Ted Baker, but it sent me a broken product, doesn't provide an option for exchanging it, cannot return it, and won't answer the phone.
