    I ************************* co-signed for my son ********************************** 2017 ****** Sentra SV vehicle.On 6/3/23 our vehicle was parked outside the home, along the curb and was the victim of a hit and run accident. Our vehicle was towed the following day on 6/4/23 to Sudden Impact Auto Body with the help of ************************* Geico.Between 6/4/23-7/17/23 more than $6,000.00 was approved from Geico repairs. On 7/17/23 the vehicle was deemed a total loss. At the time the vehicle was deemed a total loss, there was a remaining balance owed to Sudden Impact Auto Body, of about $2,000 and the vehicle was a forced retention, according to *****. I contacted my lien holder several times, Bridgecrest, and was made aware that Geico shorted the check and the Letter Of Guarantee was not fulfilled in the amount of $10608.93, by *****. GAP did not cover the shortened balance that Geico is responsible for, according to my lien holder Bridgecrest. I am now being held liable for this balance of $1,880.78 (daily interest accruing) to my lien holder. My credit score and my son ****** credit score was immediately affected which has created a hardship for us. My son and I have contacted ***** numerous times and were forced to leave numerous messages with the **************** Representative to forward to the assigned Supervisor for this claim. In addition to leaving numerous voicemails for the Supervisor in charge of this case, ***********************, for a returned call for help on this matter. We never received a response. ******, the adjuster from ***** finally returned our call on 10/11/23 and stated that she could not help us and would have her Supervisor ************** call us the following day. This never happened.Insured **************************************** Claim # **************** GEICO ************** SUDDEN IMPACT AUTO BODY KAIZEN COLLISION CENTER ******************************************************************** ************** BRIDGECREST LIEN HOLDER ************** SILVERROCK GAP INSURANCE **************

    I really think it is terrible for a business to "promote" a religious" theme by having symbols on the door and Biblical quotes on the wall of the office when you first walk in and then they "LIE" and be DISHONEST for 3 months. I dropped off a check with the in my opinion LIAR on December 21st 2021. She told me that they would not get to my car until after the new year. ALL of JANUARY , FEBRUARY, and most of MARCH I was told waiting for parts for my car. On March 23rd I told that In my opinion LIAR to tell her accounting department to cut me a check I'm getting the run a round and lied to , I'm going to take my business elsewhere. When I stopped in the office on March 30th , Chantal told me that accounting told her the check was mailed out on Monday March 28th. On March 31st (still no check) I asked for Chantal's direct person. After speaking with a Naomi , she told me that the check in question wasn't cut until the day before (March 30th) . SO i ask you CHANTAL HOW DID THE CHECK GET MAILED OUT ON MONDAY MARCH 28TH (THAT IS WHAT YOU TOLD ME) IF IT WASN'T CUT UNTIL WEDNESDAY MARCH 30TH.. Simple answer really, you are in my opinion a disgusting, deceitful, disgraceful liar. Why did you feel the need to LIE to me?? I just wanted to get my car fixed. Also ask yourself this question. Do you really think I'm the only person Chantal has done this too?? I think not. I would like an answer on why,a business with religious symbols on door and biblical verses chose to LIE to their customer ME. Some kind of response from these people would be in order. What I think really happened is Sudden does such good work repairing cars that they got backed up with the amount of cars they need to fix that they do not tell their customers that. After talking with Cortney(Chantal's manager) she even said "I don't know why Chantal lied to you ":It is not who we are. She offered to put me to the front of the line to get my car fixed. How if waiting on parts is what I was told for 3 months.
