The technicians that came to our residence were great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The issue we have is dealing with their finance department/person. We were told that we were going to get 0% interest for the first year from Silver State. When the finance company sent the contract over, they were charging us 17%. When we called Silver State, “Amber” attempted to give us the run around saying there was nothing they could do about it. We contacted the finance company and they said we should be receiving 0%. They informed us that we needed to contact Silver State and have them cancel the original finance request and submit the new one for 0%. We once again contacted Silver State and got “Amber” who said they were unable to cancel it. We attempted to speak to the supervisor, “Amber” said she was the manager and there was no one else. We went back and forth for a while and she eventually resubmitted the finance request. Now, when we got the new finance contract we are being charged twice for the service we received. We now have had to file a complaint with the finance company who will open an investigation on Silver State in an attempt to get this rectified. I recommend you choose another company to provide you services unless you enjoy being stressed out and given the run around.

Silver State Plumbing did an awesome job! Starting with emergency plumbing for a broken pressure valve to a dripping hose bib. Bradley and Steve were professional, timely and very helpful when asked questions. Dispatcher was also very friendly and made certain my problems were solved asap with regular notifications. I would highly recommend them!

Darrel and his brother Oni did an excellent installation of our tankless water heater. Upon arrival Darrel assessed the best location for the heater and explained why and what they were going to do as far as running water and gas lines. He and his brother were very professional and cordial and explained how the unit operated. They also left our garage as it was before their arrival. I highly recommend them to anyone considering any type of plumbing work.
