Chad ******* & his team are a dream to work with! They are professional, knowledgeable & really know their stuff! Within 4 days of listing our house, we had 3 offers, accepted 1 & closed in less than a month!! Couldn’t ask for a better team & would highly recommend Chad for all your real estate needs!! Chad is the only realtor I trust with my real estate needs. I met him more than a decade ago when he worked for a builder and he hasn't been able to get rid of me ever since. He has helped my mom and brother buy and sell their homes as well. Most recently, he performed a miracle and sold my house before I even officially listed it! He and his team made the whole process as stress-free as possible and explained every step along the way so I never had to wonder what was happening or what I needed to do next. Mr. Chad is an excellent realtor. He was able to find me a great home. He is highly profession in his field of Real Estate. The first day I met him, he gave me great presentation about the real estate trend and how the current market is going in the coming years. This really helped me deciding the a single family home. He is very responsive, polite, humble and was able to answer all my question with great advise . I was very lucky to have him as a realtor. I would him grade 10/10 for his service. I have more money because I chose to work with Chad.
I chose to work with Chad because of his strong review history, his clear wealth of knowledge, and his affable personality. Having made that decision with very high expectations I must say that he exceed them in every category. I have 15+ years of Finance and Real Estate experience and I can say confidently that Chad is the pinnacle of the Realtor experience. YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER!
