I filed a maintenance request on July 16, 2021 for a microwave that was sparking. Premier Property Management assigned a vender to the repair request. On July 2, 2021 ********* ********* came out and said I would need a new microwave and would notify my management company. I never heard from anybody ever again regarding this issue. On August 5, 2021 Bob from Premier Property Management did an annual property inspection on this address and again I addressed my concern regarding still not having a microwave and was told he would check on it. Still no contact from anyone regarding this issue. On August 30, 202 I checked the Premier Property Management maintenance and online portal only to discover this maintenance closed so I requested an additional maintenance request for the same microwave issue. Today is September 9, 021 and still no contact regarding my requests for assistance. As you can imagine after 55 days I am beyond upset!Business response

Her work order was closed because there was a corresponding bill for the work order that was paid and therefore closed out by our system. The owner was presented with the estimate for replacement and requested some time to find a suitable replacement that fit their budget and also that fit the existing dimensions. As of this afternoon the microwave has been ordered and scheduled for delivery as of 9/27/21.
