On July 16, 2025 I ordered several items from Shapermint. When the order came in I was missing a swim skirt. I have tried to talk to an actual person for 2 weeks now and have sent ******** messages, emails, and the live chat. I have not ever gotten to an actual person. None of the options anywhere give you an opportunity to speak to someone or describe your issue. Then about a week ago I received a swimsuit bottom that I didn't order and it doesn't match the top that I bought. I am just very frustrated with the company right now.Business Response

I honestly am just giving up on reaching out for an exchange or a refund though because I still haven't been able to reach an actual person for a discussion. It isn't about the swimsuit bottom that isn't even close to the same color as the top, or the money. It's just difficult to understand how there can be such a lack of actual customer service.

I made a purchase through this company on May 20, 2025. I ordered three items, only received one. The company sent me an email telling me that two of the items were out of stock. They offered me a different item which I did not want so I said I would wait for item to be restocked. Agent told me it would be within a few weeks. Its been over two months now, I have emailed the company previously a few weeks ago regarding an update and received no response. Tonight I was able to speak with an agent through their chat option and when I requested a refund after being told the item was still unavailable and was provided no timeline for item to be shipped. I was told I couldnt have a refund. She said only option was a store credit. I explained how I did not want a store credit, that the only product I was wanting was the one which I purchased which showed in stock on their website. I asked for a refund to my original payment method numerous times and was told no. Theyre still selling the item I purchased on their website as of tonight even though they do not have the item actually available. Subsequently taking customers money for items they cannot deliver then refusing to refund the money providing only a credit to their store. Its stealing and forcing consumers to purchase items they do not want through their website. Again, Ive never received what I paid for and now they refuse to give me my money back. I ordered two tanks on the Shapermint website back in April. I just found out Ive been charged $4.99 every month since then for some kind of subscription I did not sign up for. I have never had a business ever do this to me and I want the business to stop the membership that I did not sign up for and the 3 months of subscription money to be returned. I had items in my cart. I never supplied or clicked on anything to order these items, just thinking about them. The next thing I knew, I received a text from my bank ******* that the items were charged with my charge card without my knowledge or approval. They had my credit card number from a prior transaction and used that without my approval. They also added me to their "club" without my approval. I text them and asked for this order to be canceled when I received my bank notice. I was told it was too late even though it said pending. I have had nothing but aggravation from this company and very bad service. You talk to a robot and it's impossible to get to a live agent. Tonight I was waiting over an hour on Shapermint business chat, first with a Bot who then t9od me I'd be transferred to a live person. Then they told me I had to give my credit card and pay $1 to talk to this live person!!! I am so sick of waisting my time. I also had repeatedly asked to talk to a supervisor. The reply from Shapermint is NOT satisfactory. They charged my credit card and sent items without my purchasing them. The items were ONLY in my cart. I did NOT click to order. I have simply been given the run around by customer service when it is clear the company simply did not ship my order. I placed an order with Shapermint that could not be fulfilled. I promised a "coupon credit". It took a lot of emails back and forth with customer service and finally received the coupon credit code today. I tried to use it to purchase an item and it said "code invalid". I double checked to make sure I placed the order as they instructed and I did. Tried again to use the code and was informed the code had already been used.
