We had a leak in our kitchen and called Life Savers Restoration so they could investigate the extent of the damage. Michael came out to our property that same day to inspect the water damage and called our homeowner’s insurance company with us to explain the situation. He walked us through the process of what needed to be done and two days later his team came in to get started. Michael is very knowledgeable, communicative and professional and Life Savers did an incredible job remediating our water damage. I highly recommend their services.

My water stop k*** busted, and there was a leak for who knows how long under my kitchen sink. Once I noticed, the damage was done. The floor cabinet was caved in with a puddle of over a foot. I was able to slow the leak and wait for Best AC and Plumbing repairs to come out. I didnt know what to expect. Suddenly, the plumber is recommending a restoration company to come out. He said they will see how far the water went and how much damage. Well, they came out in 1 hour and saw through their special camera how much damage I had. The water flowed under the other cabinets and into the living room. My head was spinning. The next day a team of men from Life Savers Restoration came in. They prepared my kitchen area and living room with plastic covering, so they could cut out the cabinets, drywall, and my kitchen sink without making a mess throughout the house. They were done in 4-5 hours. They cleaned up and placed 6 fans and a HEPA filter. The team of men was extremely quick and explained everything. The real person I want to thank is *******. He explained everything step by step and reassured me that everything would be alright. Thank God I called the right plumbers who contacted an excellent restoration company. I can sleep without worrying. Thank You, ******* and Life Savers Restoration, for caring.

Late one night my washing machine decided it had had enough and stopped working. We attempted to turn the water off to try and repair it. No such luck. The water fixture broke off and the only way to stop the water was to turn all water off to the house.
We decided to call a 24 hour plumber. The plumber asked if he could also send out a restoration guy in case the water caused excessive damage in the wall. He works closely with this plumbing company. There would be no charge for him to come out with the plumber.
Both the plumber and Rodolfo from Life Savers Restoration arrived within a couple hours.
Rodolfo was very professional and courteous. He checked the entire area and even checked a second location I was concerned about. He explained that the current leak did saturate the wall but only in a small area. He told me he would leave his industrial fan for the night and pick it up the next day as a courtesy. As for the other location I was concerned about, no problem at all. Some water damage but totally dry and no mold. I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge and honesty.
Please remember, this was very late at night. I was expecting a sales pitch trying to upsell. Rodolfo from Life Savers Restoration couldn't have been any more professional, honest and caring.
My experience was fantastic and will definitely call them if the need arises again.

Rudy is a complete professional, exceptionally thorough, and offered such a great support system for us in a very stressful time. Whenever you need work to be done, Rudy was there and was always available on text/call to answer your questions , big or small. Rudy and his team helped us with the insurance claim process, preliminary estimates, and gathering quotes for demolition and restoration projects. Rudy was the life-saver and his team was excellent from the very beginning.
