I have received several calls from Structured Settlement. Today ******* finally left a voicemail and said I made a payment to their office and it was returned NSF by my bank and if I didnt call back I was giving him a whole lot of choices. Ive never hard of or from Structured settlement before today 6/3/24 and Ive definitely never made payments to them. I dont owe any debt to this place, but theyre harassing me nonetheless.Business response

On today 05/31/2024 I made a payment toward my account in the amount of $239.95. I stated to the representative that I have not received anything from their office in writing regarding my debt or the payment arrangement made over the phone. She assured me they would send something by email, well I have I not received anything. I'm a little worried that I will not get credit for any payments going forward if there is nothing in writing to state I'm trying to pay off this debt. I need for this company to please provide something in writing regarding my debt and payment arrangement, to my email address at ********************** as soon as possible or I will not authorize any more payments in the future. Representatives are calling my workplace several times throughout the day on a phone line that should be used for sick patients and is not designated for leaving information about personal debt and asking any employee to verify information. The last representative ********************* was unprofessional and had music playing in the background while calling my place of business. This is a violation of my rights. They have also reached out to family and have been rude and harassing and trying to obtain personal information. The representative said information was emailed to me which has not been. I have checked inbox and spam. Please cease and desist all calls and contact to my employer and family. My mobile and email is on file to resolve the issue at hand.Business response

Calling my place of employment and telling the administrative assistant that I need to call them back or they will have their legal team reach out to our HR team. Today when I asked for them to refer to the letter that I sent on 5/14/24, in response to their letter on 5/1/24, she got very unprofessional and told me well what did your letter say you have me on the phone talk to me now. **** with Structure Settlement called my place of employment on May 15th and left a voicemail that a coworker retrieved. The voicemail was left for anyone to hear which violates my right to privacy. She left her name, company's name, and telephone number. She asked that my employer provide my personal information.Business response

This "business" called my daughter, who has no debt, and insinuated she and I are defaulting on a debt. My daughter has no debt and I'm not familiar with this business. When I called to speak with "*********************", the woman that answered the call, ******* (she gave no business name when she answered, just "This is *******", my call was disconnected. Stop calling my daughter. If I have a debt, then let me speak with the representative instead of hanging up on me.Business response

Representative call took about 10 minutes today because he could not hear me apparently. ****** persisted with blowing into the phone and saying yoooooooooo. I tried explaining my situation and he pretended like he could not hear me about 6 times and I had to start over each time. I need a new representative, preferably a manager who is professional as he was very unprofessional. No one is permitted to call any numbers but the number that is solely for me and me alone on my account. The legal threats are not ethical. I would like to resolve my balance but am facing difficult times. The method of collections have been aggressive. Being called multiple times from multiple numbers. This is something I will have an attorney involved with if the harassment does not stop. For $300. That I WILL pay you. Stop with the threats IMMEDIATELY.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I need a better payment plan scheduled at this time instead of feeling pressured to pay when I am unable to and not be threatened with legal action. I need a better number to contact that is not ****** and that is a manager and can help me to resolve a balance I am happy to pay, I just need someone who is going to be professional and ethical.

I received some calls monday 5/6/2024. One to my place of employment with a message left for me about a delivery and one to my personal phone as well. Long story short no one identified what business was calling me once spoke with someone after giving the ************* I was informed it was to collect on a previous loan. After doing some research via credit report and contacting the original loan holder I was informed Structured Settlement (Nationwide Capital services On Credit report) now has the loan. I would like to request that phone calls to my place of employment and anyone other than myself stop. I am willing to work out a payment plan. I wish to be contacted via email ********************* to negotiate and/or settle with a payment plan. So I can have a paper trail of information exchanged so nothing is misconstrued in telephone conversations. I would also like to add that there are many numbers floating around that I have in my person records for the amount owed. Please view documents attached.Business response
