We hired Arcs & Sparks to Redo an Electrical panel for us for $3000 they had to cut into my wall as the older electric panels were much smaller than now, When they got done installing it, I had to pay him another $300 for him to tape and texture it when it should of been included, Now I have to buy paint and paint the entire wall. We then paid them $2500 to take out our Gas fireplace so we can have a regular fireplace, He said it was done and working but it was not the flu inside was not the right size for the fireplace. Next we paid them $2500 to rip out an old tile bathroom & laundry room floor and to install New flooring, When we inspected the floor after it was supposedly done we noticed he did not put the flooring on correctly (locking it into the grooves) and he used the same color putty to fill in gaps where he knew he did not do a good job, He also wanted to charge me another $300 to put back on New baseboards that he took off in the first place., and now when you walk from the laundry room floor to the bathroom floor it sinks in as they did not put hardly anything to firm it or stabilize it so that would not happen. And the cutting job on the flooring was horrible, I have pictures of everything if anyone wants to see them. I told the owner Joseph everything mentioned here as he did most of the work, and he did NOT care at all he just wanted the money, and speaking of money sales tax is supposed o be 7.75% in the state of New Mexico and he charged me over 9%, which will be reported to NM sales tax board. He told me after a few weeks the floor should stretch out and fix itself. And we did not know about the flu until last week when I had someone come to see why it is not working like he said it was. He left all 3 jobs not completed. I paid him the money as we were running a store when he was finished and had no choice and they seemed like they were in a huge hurry. The owner Joseph told us
