Ordered an OP-412 Thermal Ticket Table Top Printer on 6/27/22 and paid for it with my Visa Card. B & B sent email on 6/28/22 to verify Order #****. Paid $165.15. Printer arrived 7/10/22, was not compatible with my scales. Called on 7/12/22 to ask for RMA # for return/refund, left message. Sent email on 7/13/22 to request RMA #. Called again on 7/14/22 an spoke to a person who told me I did not require a RMA # to return printer. He gave me this address to return printer: B & B Scales, C/O Optima Scales, 9030 Bridgeport Place, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730-5530. Returned printer via USPS (Tracking # **** **** **** **** **** **) on 7/14/22. USPS delivered this package to the front desk on 7/18/22 at 12:18 PM. I sent email on 8/9/22 requesting verification of receipt and copy of return amount. Called on 8/10/22 spoke to a man who promised to send return information in the morning. Since then I have called four times and emailed once. Still no refund. I hope you can get more out of this company than I have. Thanks for your help. ***** ********
