Date of transaction: 4/19/24 Amount: $85 Issue: This website is a scam. They bait you with language that ensures you are paying for a passport application to be submitted, when the reality is they are only filling the form out for you! I provided them with very sensitive information and I am nervous that they are going to use it. I want my money back and I have reported them to the government for fraud.

I went online today 4.17.24 to renew my passport and pass travel usa is the first that comes up using google. I clicked on it thinking it was the US governments website to help me renew my passport. I put in all my confidential information and they charged me $67.88 to fill out a form that I thought was going to be the application fee for my passport. It is not. It is a fee to fill out a form that is free on the governments website. They now have all my information. I would like this transaction canceled and for them to delete my personal information. ******************. I tried calling their customer service to cancel immediately but no answer. ************. The charge on my credit card is Simple -sign- file.com and not pass-travel-usa.com -they have 2 websites or company names. I also did not see on their website till after the transaction that they are not affiliated with the government and to check a box that I understood. That was not on their website until AFTER I finished the transaction(again thinking it was a government website and that was the fee for renewing my passport). This is a website scamming people out of money thinking they are renewing their passport. It should be shutdown.

******* passport renewal and this webpage was the first to come up. I never checked to see if it was a .gov site, but assumed it was. This company leads you to believe this is a legitimate government website. I filled the entire document out including my SSN, and then even paid extra for passport insurance. After I sent it I realized that this was not the government site and they now have all my info. I realized this as soon as I looked at my credit card charge and the charge was completely different than the website I was on. I’ve included a screenshot of the charge: Easy Form Filler. I’ve currently frozen all my credit and canceled my credit card.

This site is posing as a passport renewal site but they are not affiliated with the government and are stealing private info to perpetuate identity theft.

I was trying to renew my passport and Googled online passport renewal. The pass travel usa website was the first result and looked like a legit government website. I provided sensitive information including dob and social. They charged me $67.88 to fill out a form that is free through the department of state website.

On March 27, 2024, I search online for passport renewal information. The top result was for Pass Travel USA and said renewal online. Perfect. I selected this option and filled out all the information. I paid almost $70 what the website led me to believe was the process of renewing my passport online because that is what it says. Turns out they charge $70+ for a pdf editor and service to help you fill out the forms then u print and mail the forms in. As is the ONLY way to renew a passport. It would have been $20 hire because they offer passport insurance in case yours is never lost or stolen or damaged.

I was trying to renew my passport. I searched for passport renewal and the top result on google was this site Pass Travel USA - which led me to believe that this was the official government passport renewal site. Going to the site looked like a government site - there was no immediate data that it wasn't a government site - it's extremely deceptive and should not be allowed to scam people out of $88.83 to fill out a passport form to print out to then pay the government an additional $130 to apply. I thought I was applying directly on the government site until the charge went through - then saw they were a 3rd party claiming to "help" you fill out the form. After digging through their site I could see it is a 3rd party, but that was NOT evident or shown to me when I first entered and filled out the form. They are claiming the 88.83 is so you can print out the form prefilled - which I can also do on the official government passport site - once I eventually found it (buried about 7 links deep on the google search results page - it should be the top result). This is a scam - they should not be allowed to scam people out of this money to fill out a form, not to mention I am concerned they have all my personal information now. I reached out to their support - who lied and said the only way to fill out the form with the government is write it out manually (this is absolutely FALSE) and then tried to rescam me that I can get 50% off the cost to fill out the global entry or tsa pre forms - which I can do directly on the global entry site and do myself. It is absolute robbery to pretend to be an official site and to charge people close to $90 to fill out a form.

This company mimics a government agency for passport renewal, taking $65 to create a form while leading customers to believe they are paying for the passport service.

This business masks itself as a government agency for passport fulfillment online. It's not until you pay and receive documents and receipt that a person learns that they have shared all pertinent personal information to a third party on a non-private website where information collected can be sold. On credit card the vendor name is Simple-Sign-File****. Reporting for other's awareness as well as pursuing refund for fraudulent misrepresentation.

I have not heard directly from Passport Travel - USA. After filing my initial complaint I followed up with my payment provider who performed their investigation and as result provided a full refund to offset the Pass Travel charge on my account.
