see attached I made a hotel reservation for July 1 - 3, 2 nights, $473.85. Conf # ********. The girl who took the reservation said if I needed to cancel that I could by June 30 without penalty, gave me cancellation #********. I cancelled on 6/26 @ 8:46 AM *********** Received credit for only one night, $236.93. Requested remainder amount $236.92. Juan Fonegra sent me an email on 7/13 processing my refund, would received w/in 10 business days. I checked my Discover card and did not receive the remainder $236.92.Initial Complaint

I paid 767 for 2 rooms for 2 nights and the room was dirty the blankets had stains on them, the room smelled like mold and mildew . They had no more rooms available so I bought things to clean the room and spray to make it work. The bathroom has mold all over it, I put bleach in tub. Unfortunately I didn't read the flyer stating they clean every 3 days so our towels didn't get replaced and room didn't get cleaned the 2 days we stayed. I cleaned it myself the best I could. I didn't go cheap so I would expect better service for the money they charge. Would they pay to sleep in a room I doubt it. Especially with covid u should. Sanitize daily. I tried other places and they were full as well.
