      Hotel charged fees of $33.99 which were not stated at the time of online booking through Expedia or through the hotel web site. Receipt received from the hotel also does not show fees of $33.99. Extra fees need to be stated prior to booking, not at time of check in which would be too late to cancel without being charged a cancellation fee.

      Thank you for notifying our office of the concern filed by ******* ***** at the Days Inn by Wyndham property in Las Cruces, NM. To assist in reaching a resolution, I’ve informed the property’s general manager of the situation. The general manager will contact the guest on or before June 4, 2021. As a company, we’re committed to delivering a great experience with every stay with us.
