      They sold me a lemon cat Cat broke down and they haven't fixed it yet . Been over two months ago

      MR. **** *********, SORRY TO HEAR  YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR YOU BOUGHT ON  11-19-22.  YOUR VEHICLE HAS A WARRANTY OF 24000 MILES OR 24 MONTHS WHICH EVER COMES FIRST.  PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED THE CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE WARRANTY COMPANY.

      I had dropped my car off at auto dealer so they can replace my tires and when I went to pick car up and all my rims where ruined! My son's games where stolen as well and they will not fix nor reimburse me for it or damage

      I HAVE UPLOADED PICTURES FROM THE WEBSITE WHERE WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE.  THEY SHOW COSMITIC DAMAGE THAT WAS THERE WHEN WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE.  MR ********  BOUGHT THE VEHCILE WITH THE RIMS LIKE THIS.  HE WAS BLAMING IT ON THE TIRE SHOP THAT CHANGED 3 TIRES.  WE SHOWED HIM PICTURES OF PREIVIOUS DAMAGE AND TOOK HIM TO THE TIRE SHOP.  THE TIRE SHOP TOLD HIM THE SAME THING IT WAS COSMITIC DAMAGE FROM WEAR AND TEAR.  THEY ALSO STATED THEY DID NOT STEAL THE GAMES THAT WERE IN THE TRUNK.  MY EMPLOYEES HAD NO REASON TO EVEN OPEN THE TRUNK THE DAY HE CAME IN.  JEANNIE B***** ###-###-####

      I am rejecting this response because:
       The tire shop never told me any of those things the employee at the tire shop said when he changed out tires he knows they were not like that, so there information is false. They want to take zero responsibility for it. The owner of auto shop told me they would replace my son's games and rims now they are going back on there word.
       I have texted messages where they stated those things, they even asked if I could take car in so they can take pictures and now they have pictures of the damage lol that's odd!
       All I know is they where not ruined and my son's games where in car and also I know someone opened my trunk to car cause they smashed 3 used tires in my trunk and ruined my daughter's belongings and blanket so there statement that there employees didn't open trunk is also false cause someone put tires in trunk .
       I trusted dbs auto and hold them responsible I never blamed the tire company they took it to for repairs I blamed them, and Ismael who works for dbs auto tolde it wasn't like that and that the tire company will have to pay for it and then told me to follow him there to tire shop so we can talk to them.
       Shortly after he all the sudden had pictures lol I feel he got those pictures from day I dropped it off for thermostat to be replaced cause prior to that they didn't have pictures and they where blaming tire shop for damage and stated they will fix it and replace all games and rims

      FROM THE BEGINNING WE TOLD THE CUSTOMER TO BRING IN VEHICLE.  WE HAD PICTURES OF THE RIMS FROM THE AUCTION WHERE WE BOUGHT VEHICLE AND THE TIRE STORE STATED THE RIMS WERE SCUFFED WHEN THEY CHANGED THE TIRES.  THE ONLY TIME HE CAME IN HE WAS HAVING MECHANICAL ISSUES THAT HE NEEDED TAKEN CARE OF THAT DAY.  BY THE TIME ISSUE WAS FIXED WE HAD NO TIME TO ADDRESS THE RIMS AND GAMES, BECAUSE HE SAID HE HAD TO PICK UP KIDS FROM SCHOOL.  THANK YOU.  JEANNIE
