Debit card fraud 12/17/2022 debit card used at establishment for payment of services minus tip, cash tip left. I paid my ticket of $37.61 but my account has debited amount of $42.61. I was told by business they aren't going to run for $5.00 fraud but won't reverse the charge to $37.61 as my bank says $42.61 was keyed in on their end. I contacted business and they refused to work with me. I understand the amount is only $5 BUT it was not authorized.Business response

We got a new system and made a mistake.
We refunded the $5 and then provided her with a $10 gift card.
