We purchased a brand new CX-50 a few months ago and we love it. But, when we came in for our first oil change, the service department told us that we didn't have a basic maintenance package on our vehicle and wanted $95 for the oil change. Our sales guy, *****************, repeatedly told my wife and I that we wouldn't have to worry about oil changes for 2 years or X amount of miles on a new vehicle purchase. I tried reaching out to him over the last week and he has not responded to me. Pretty disappointing situation. I will be contacting Mazda directly about the issue and let them know what happened.

I purchased a used car from this dealership on 4/11/23. As usual, they treat you like family or really good when your in the process of purchasing. After that they dont remember who you are or treat you really bad. I had been trying to reach the finance Manager and I had left several messeges over several days. His name is ******************* and he had never returned my calls in several days. And when he finally did, I expressed to him how upset I was that he wouldnt return my calls. I even was able to get his personal cell phone number and he wouldnt answer my call nor whoul he return my call. I even tried calling his supervisors *********************, and ********************* and they never answered or returned my calls. In my messaege to them I let them know how dissatisfied of a customer that I am, and that I wanted to file a complaint against the finance manager *******************. I dont think that its good business for a company to treat there customers like this and I would like the public to see how this business has treated me. I just want to be made Whole weather it be an apolgy or compansation for interest accrued due to the excess amount of interest charged due to there negligence. So If you could please post this complaint so that the public can see it and beware of how these owners allow there employees (*******************) treat there customer I would appreciate.it.
