On 3/15 I Purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade from them for around $50,000 Contract *** *****************. The vehicle had a slight vibration when driving on the interstate. Service records noted front passenger tire was replaced. I took the vehicle to a tire shop 2 weeks later and replaced the other three. We could not get that front tire to balance. It had a bent rim. 4/3 I messaged my sales rep. Quality did replace the rim on 4/26 the vibration did not go away. 5/23 I took the vehicle back with that concern and several others, I had a grinding noise from the front end. They did find a bad wheel bearing on the passenger wheel and replaced both sides. I brought the vehicle back on 6/2 the wheel has a side-to-side movement. The front bumper is coming to off. Tech told me it was normal. I did ask why the driver's side does not have the same movement. I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. 6/6 I returned with the car tech drove the car states there is nothing wrong. would not address my concern with the loose wheel. On 6/16 I return again with a service suspension light on. Codes point to the passenger side. Was advised it was a damaged harness. The initial report from quality did show there were non-industry standard repairs done on this vehicle's right door, fender, quarter panel, and bumper. I feel like the damages sustained on this vehicle may be a contributing factor in the issues that are happening. There was not accident reported on the car fax when I purchased it. If the issues are a result of accident damage and will not be repaired. I would like for the dealership to buy the car back.Business response
