      I had my transmission and water pump replaced. On 10/14/2023 I was waiting to receive my truck. A young man, ******, took my truck for a test drive. He then came in and apologized because as he was pulling into the bay, he broke my passenger side exterior mirror and scratched the rear passenger side door. He told me he would order, call me Monday 10/16/2023 and replace for free. He never addressed the scratch issue. The owner, *****, was present during this conversation and viewed the damage. I had not heard from them so I called them today, 10/20/2023 and spoke with the owner, *****. He informed me that the part was not ordered but he would have ****** call me back today. I have not received any phone call or other correspondence.

      We are pleased to advise that this matter has been actioned resulting complete satisfaction from *****.  We appreciate her concern in that we did not order the mirror quickly enough resulting in a degree of inconvenience.

      Had conversation with service tech stating they would exchange supplied transmission and replace rear seal for $1030.00 and should be done by Wednesday. 4/20/22. The work was not complete until 5/4/22, costing me a loss of work for two additional weeks. They also installed a worn clutch and had to reinstall a new one under my warranty. Then I was charged an additional $600 for the clutch installation. They could of avoided the clutch reinstalling by inspection and contacting me,but they never made an effort to call . Even on the progress of the repair. They were very unprofessional. When picking up the truck the service tech admitted that I should not have been charged the additional $600, and reinstalling the new clutch took no time at all. Very disappointed with the shop and it’s disorganized staff. Would like to get a refund of $600.

      We were, obviously, disappointed to receive the complaint from ***** *******.  We did immediately make phone contact with him and have also, subsequently had a further conversation so that we could gain as full an understanding of how the events unfolded.


      *****'s arrival at our facility involved him leaving his vehicle complete with a used transmission and clutch assembly that he had purchased from a friend and which he believed both to be in an operable condition.  We duly installed that assembly and it was patently clear the clutch assembly was no good.  Shawn our service advisor did reach out to ***** and explained that another clutch set was needed, Shawn proceeded, with *****'s agreement, to obtain a replacement clutch for the one that originally came out of the vehicle, evidently ***** had installed this himself the product that ***** puchased from O'Reilly's,  On receipt of this new clutch we then removed and replaced the transmission and clutch assembly again resulting in correct clutch operation but also giving signs that the transmission ***** had provided was in poor shape.


      We believe we followed *****'s wishes and perhaps the biggest frustration for him was the fact the transmission he had provided from his friend is in poor shape.


      ***** has been very understanding of our perspective of the events and consequently, we have refunded a good faith check in the amount of $300 and also a free service card with a value of $200.


      We do hope we have an opportunity to serve ***** in the future and help to rebuild the relationship.
