According to their website; "We believe in doing the job right the first time, with our customers always as top priority." That was totally not true in my case. They charge $25 to give an estimate. Took about a month and 1/2 before they could come and do the sprinkler repairs. The cost ended up being $525 MORE than the estimate (almost 3 times more). The worst part is the job was not done. The sprinklers are still not operating even after paying the cost. They said they would have to do more troubleshooting. I am in the same position as I was before but out alot of money. I could not afford to pay them anymore, especially knowing I couldn't trust them. They took their money and did nothing else. Original estimate was to troubleshoot. I was told by the owner, *** that they would let me know after the inspection, if it would cost more if at all. I was shocked after working on the sprinklers for 4 hours they didn't know what the problem was, but I had to pay them for 4 hours and parts. After complaining to the owner, he said that his tech told him that I watched him work. SO WHAT. If I knew what he was doing I would have done the job myself and would not have needed their service. The tech didn't even speak to me and explain what he was doing, at all. He didn't speak. Finally, after I paid them in full, I had to ask them for my $25 that I was supposed to get back. Not good customer service.Anything Sprinkler Installation & Repair Response

Dear Customer, As everyone in the customer service industry is currently struggling to hire help, we are backed up but when we are scheduled to come, we show up. Regarding your concern of the service we provided to you. During our first visit with you our owner (estimator) clearly told you that this estimate was a very "rough" estimate on what could be the problem at your property. After our technician replaced the valve on your property and talked to you about doing so the zone needs to be re-piped. Please also note the information we provide on all of our estimates that clearly states our estimates are just that estimates. This is copied and pasted directly from the estimate that you signed, approving the estimated work. 3.This is strictly an approximate computation of probable cost. The estimate is made with the information at hand unforeseen factors can occur during any repair causing the price to change and increase. 4.All sprinkler/irrigation repair estimates are quoted at **************** are based off hourly rate ($125.00 an hour tech ($150.00 outside of ***. area), Helper at $75.00 an hour IF NEEDED + parts + tax. After you emailed after the service call with your concerns we scheduled a time for our owner/estimator *** (who originally went out to you to give you the estimate) to go back over and discuss your concerns and talk about what needed to happen. He informed you that the zone with low pressure has a leak on it somewhere but because of how your property is with concrete around a lot of it, the zone needs to be re-piped at that time you declined to have him work up an estimate for you. We do our absolute best to keep in full communicate with our customers during repairs which our technician did with you, you sat in your backyard the entire time (which we do not mind at all but you sat there and saw everything he was doing) he was doing the work. We also clearly state the hourly rate for repairs on the estimate that you signed knowing that that the service was at 4 hours at the $125.00 for labor the estimate labor (without parts) was at $500.00+tax.When we were informed of the error of the credit of the estimate fee ($25.00) I immediately sent you a check for that, as we always try to be on top of everything somethings do at times slip through the cracks here in the office and we will always correct them right away which we did. I believe this would justify a good customer service as we corrected the issues. We are all human here in the office. This review doesn't justify a 1 star rating as we did EVERYTHING we were requested to do to try to get your system up and running and additional repairs were needed that you stated you declined when our owner came over to discuss your system.Customer Response

First of all, when ***, the owner came out to give me an estimate of $275 he said they would "troubleshoot" the problem with the south side of the lawn. The sprinklers do not work at all. He said they would run a line to see if there was a blockage or something else. He assured me that if it would cost more, he would give me the cost to continue. That did NOT happen. He says I sat outside and watched his tech work for 4 hours. I did not sit for 4 hours. I did check on him, asking if he found the problem. The tech, **** didn't even speak to me. I don't know what he was doing. He never explained anything to me. After 4 hours he said he didn't know what the problem was but that I might have a leak. He DID NOT inform me that the cost was going to be $800 instead of $275. Even if I did watch him for 4 hours, I didn't know what he was doing. I am not a sprinkler expert. If I was, I would not have asked Just Sprinklers to do the job. I still don't know what he did that took 4 hours with no results. Furthermore, the 2nd item was to fix the sprinkler head on the west side of the yard. He didn't do that either. After he had been here for 4 hours to work on the south lawn, more time would have been needed to fix the sprinkler head on the westside. That should have been a simple job. I am in the same position that I was in but $800 out of my pocket with zero results. This is NOT good customer service, and I would definitely not recommend these people to anyone. When *** came out to discuss the work done, he DID NOT ask me if I wanted an estimate to do additional repairs. Even if he did, why would I pay MORE money for a job to not be completed? He says above that sometimes things slip through the cracks. That's for sure. Originally I asked for an estimate for sod also. It's a good thing I told them to wait on the sod until the sprinklers were fixed. Unbelievable. I have never had such a horrible experience with any work done on my house. I have lived here 20 years and have had stucco, windows, new AC/Heater, etc., etc. There is no excuse for the lack of finding help in the customer service industry at this time. That's ***** excuse. I'm not yet done with this issue. This is so unfair.
