My elderly mom purchased a pair of shoes at the store location which had to be ordered as the shoes were not in the store in her size. We were told if they did not fit they could be returned for a restocking fee. It took a month for my mom to receive her shoes. When she received them they did not fit. We took the shoes back to the store and were told they could not be returned as it exceeded the 30 day return policy. We explained that there was no way for her to get them back to the store within the time frame because of the date she received them. She said there is nothing I can do for you. I asked to receive a call from the owner and 2 weeks have past and have received nothing from him. Terrible Customer service and now a pair of shoes that is close to 180 dollars is NOT acceptable !Customer response

Thank you for the follow up . Yes the business did get in touch with me several days after I sent an email to their website and then a phone call to a number that was listed on their website. They did exchange the shoes for my mom. Thank you for your help in this.Initial Complaint

On Saturday, August 14 @ 10:30 AM I arrived at SAS Shoes, 133` Juan Tabo NE 87112 Albuqlulerque NM I bought a pair of shoes for $193.04. She told me the manager would have to ok any return. I brought them home and could not get them on. I am handicapped in that I need a long shoe horn to put on my shoes. The tongue in these shoes was way too short and I could not get them on without pushing the tongue back into the shoe. I took them back on Monday, August 16. Also I cannot see well and it's hard to drive way up in the heights. Patricia called the manager, Tracy and they said they could not take them back as they have a small sign on the door saying No returns accepted. I never saw that sign and Patiricia told me the manager would have to OK a return. They said I could buy another kind of shoe, but nothing worked as I need comfortable shoes. I have called them 4 times in the past 11 days and asked for the Owner and they take my number and say he will call me. He did not.
