They never show up, they show up at the wrong time, jump your fence when you're home instead of knocking, ignore repeated requests for them to stop showing up and then out of the blue their office girl calls to threaten to take you to collections and while you're saying I'm happy to pay my **** she says 'nope! We will just take you to collections" Signed up for Service in May of last year while working from home and was told they would come every monday. The would show up on random days and never on a consistent basis by week as promised.Called and spoke with the owner to explain my concern. Working from home while they showed up randomly during my virtual meetings not wearing masks. Asked about my bills, was told they would come by mail. At the time, I was understanding, he said they had time finding help and during the pandemic it made sense.Then one of their cleaners started texting me...called again to complain. Another time they showed up on a day they shouldn't be at my house and I caught them climbing the fence though no one called me or knocked on my door. Again, called to complain and spoke with ******* and she completely unconcerned that I caught someone I don't know climbing my fence and could have shot them...she said "so do you want to cancel?" I told her if you can fix this situation where they show up randomly I would like to keep it but I'm not leaving my home unlocked all week in case they do or don't show up.Weeks later, their pool guy ******* knocks on my door while I'm in a virtual meeting, my dogs bark I have to end my meeting. He showed up to service my pool...does anyone speak to each other at this business?******* called to leave me a message on 10/12 with the message stating "Hi this is ******* can you please give me a call back" I call her back, leave a message and make sure to tell her to call me back but do not send someone to my house without my permission.Today ******* calls and leaves me a threatening message to take me to collections...I asked the owner in the summer when I would receive my **** and how, asked to pay on line or set up auto pay but he assured me "the bills will come." never once received them yet she's calling threatening to take me to collections.I call her back and tell her not to threaten me or speak rudely to me, happy to pay my **** if I could just get one and to watch her ugly tone. She says "okay, we'll just take you to collections."I guess these guys don't work with the BBB or understand that you have to send your customer a **** before they can pay you but this is the worst experience I have ever had.When you read this PERFECTION, have someone other than ******* call me, I am happy to pay my **** - I would love to part ways with you, and i repeat DO NOT TRESPASS ON MY PROPERTY. The signs at my door where it says no soliciting and my multiple requests for you to stop coming to my house should be taken seriously.
