We had the exterior of our home painted by Mikes Quality Paint. It hadnt been painted decades!Mikes Quality Paint is one of the most professional and organized companies weve had the pleasure of doing business with during our 5 years of living in ***********. Schedules were met, with expectations set (i.e. rain being of impact).The work crew was on time, respectful and thorough in their work. ****, the sales representative, was not only involved in the initial (thorough) review and quote but stayed in contact throughout the service and final walk through of work.Dusty the lead for the project was great at letting us know what to expect with regard to timing and each day would tell us what steps in the process were to be accomplished that day (I.e. power washing, stucco repair, priming, and painting). He included the timeframe in which the tasks were to be completed and if the crew were to be away explained why and the timing of the break in work.****** and team were on time and respectful of our needs (I.e. dogs use of yard, identifying themselves upon arrival, answering questions, etc).We reached out to **** several days after our beautiful paint job was completed because we had a damaging hail storm come through and do damage. We realized this was an act of nature and expected to pay for repainting, however, **** discussed with management at Mikes Quality Paint and they offered for good will purposes to send painters back to repaint damaged areas free of charge. Im not saying they would do this for ever incident as each is unique but I was impressed that when faced with the opportunity to make more money off a new customer that they considered their relationship with the customer to be of more value than profits.a rare and old fashion notion that customers are valuable. We will use Mikes Quality Paint for our interior painting ends now that we know their workers and the company are worthy of our trust.
