I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma SR5 RWD Extended Cab from Sandia Toyota, at ******************************************************************************************. During the test drive and purchase process I asked if the driver and passenger side windows were too dark according to New Mexico law. I was told that the tint was within the legal standard. On 14 Jan 2025, I took my vehicle to Lomas Glass and Tint. They tested the drivers windows with a Pocket Detective/2.1 Window Tint Meter. Upon inspection the drivers and passenger windows tint exceeded the New Mexico standard tint threshold. Sandia Toyota sold a vehicle with a legal and a safety liability. I do not understand why Sandia Toyota would place this vehicle on their lot with this safety ******** complaint to ******************************** resulted in a reimbursement cost of reprinting the windows.

dealership listed a used truck of which they did not have on their lot, much less pictures, but promised it would arrive on 5/14. On 5/11 they took $500 from me as a hold in order to have a first chance to purchase it. turns out the truck is in bad shape and salesperson stated they will not sell it on the lot. I immediately requested my refund. blindsided, I was told it takes up to 3 days to "pick up the check". On 5/21/2024, I personally spoke to accounting and was told they had no knowledge of such refund. learned a valuable ****** from a shady dealership and will never do business with them again.

The service department pressured my wife into a service which they made her believe was necessary because it "was very out of alignment" and "probably because you hit a pothole". When I called to question the procedure I was told this never happened. The records were falsified and the tire pressure was never checked (there was a low tire pressure on the rear passenger tire) and the alignment was never done. I checked and the necessary fittings were still at factory settings, never having been adjusted. When we called to resolve the issue, the service manager was very unhelpful and kept pawning us off on the service tech who had no power to resolve the issue. I will never use Sandia Toyota again and will strongly recommend against them to anyone who asks. Mechanics should not be pressuring people into services that are never performed. This is fraudulent behavior at best.

I would not trust nor do business with these guys are horrible first of all when I bought my jeep renegade from them about a month and a half ago from ************************* she was helpful at first but than when I had questions I didn't initially think of at the time of purchasing the car I text and called her no response about if an oil change was performed on the car prior to me purchasing it and if there were certain features on the car she told me to leave her alone I was bugging her. Than about a week ago I got a letter from Nusenda credit union who my auto loan is through that my new total I owe over 7 years is $18,169.59 I agreed to the price of the car $15,950 how do you get over $3,000 + from warranty and gap insurance which they didn't explain I put $2,000 down there sure quick to push the car on you but that don't care about to be there to answer any questions etc and do there job and provide customer service in general especially good ones *********** and ******************* in the loan department won't answer or return my calls top get answers. And last Saturday I sat over at *****'s Toyota for 2 hours for a flat tire repair I was told it was fixed I got almost home when **** from service said it was fixed my fault on stripping the lug nuts out but he told me when I was like 5 mins from house it wasn't fixed because his lazy service tech who lied just like **** did because the lug nuts off I was quoted $80 over the phone for a tire it was $250 my second time back I told it would be 30 mins other customers who were having major work done like transmission etc hot there well after me and were on there way well before me I was there almost another 3 hours horrible service don't trust it do business with them there shady and don't care. **** from service told me to call Larry h miller dodge about getting a new master key and 4 wheel locks I did and got an update like 3 weeks I tried to call him to give him an update no luck couldn't even leave a voicemail his was full.

I bought a brand new 2023 camry at this location and *********** was amazing. But once I met with the finance guy, he was ******* my paperwork trying to get me to leave. He didnt tell me what my interest was, my monthly payments nothing. He just wanted me to sign. But when I asked about it he just brushed me off and said if that was really necessary to know. I also got a discount from *********** but when I looked at the paperwork it didnt include it and he again said if it was necessary for that discount. Im not dropping a huge amount if I know I couldve gotten a discount. When everything was done, I didnt even get a copy of my papers. He said he would email them to me the next day. Yet the next day nothing for half the day. So I called and they said it was his day off. So they had another salesman send them to me. That guy was not professional at all, just wanted to go home.

We took in our 2017 Camry and had the transmission replaced. It took 8 days and cost over $7,000. When we got it home. It was still leaking. They should fix their mistake for free, right? No. Why not? Because, they said, This is a different leak from the transmission. But they simply forgot to put in the rear seal. So, we pay an extra $250 dollars to fix their error. When we were paying $7,200 dollars, it took them 8 days to replace a transmission. When they could only make $250 to fix their mistake, it took 43 days to replace a single seal. Why? We cannot find the part, a common part on a late model car. We are short of help because they could not find time for us for such a small amount of money
