  ILLEGAL BUSINESS My business partner took my Rolex in to analyze the watch. Never did my business partner say that they can go into my watch. Now if the watch was fake you don’t tamper with someone watch to determine if it’s fake. You supposed to hand it back to the customer and state they can’t work on nothing fake. I went to pick up my watch from my partner and he seen they took volume out my watch, I can’t set time on the watch and they replaced the gold in my watch with there pieces. I then went in to the business and asked why my watch was tampered with if it was fake they said my business partner told them to go into his watch! Now if it was determined fake there shouldn’t of been no reason for you to go thru my watch. I went and got my business partner and my partner asked the man did he tell him to go into my watch he said no and then switched it up saying I did when I wasn’t even there when his partner dropped it off. So he was caught in his lie as well as the lady and was demanding me to give them the watch because I was going to report about my watch and I realized my pieces is not the same pieces that was in my watch and there pieces is now located in my watch. The man also stated my his business partner took the watch and left which was another lie. They also was very scared to have the police involved because they was stealing from a customer. Not only that but they didn’t want to show footage and my partner made sure to record him saying he didn’t have any approval to go into my watch. I have been calling in and they still haven’t came up with a solution to fix the problem they created by going into my watch and stealing real gold out the watch and replacing it with there rusty pieces and we have pictures of the watch before and after you can tell my watch was tampered. Also they admitted to going into the watch but when he came back they stated they ain’t ever go in the watch. This company has illegal things going on. They now wanna show edit footag

  Hi, your watch was not authentic. We analyzed your watch and gave it back to you right away. Which we have on camera.  We would never jeopardize the reputation of our store that's been in business for years by switching anything. We pride ourselves on being an honest business and what you are accusing us of is harassment and defamation of character.

  I am rejecting this response because: I know that my watch was altered at this store because they made a video and edit lots of it and the proof are in the video I attached to the response. She states on the video “I think they made this a little better I think I might can send this video”see attachment. I need the real video footage not no edit videos or made up videos I want to see the  original video on or about may 13,2022 to prove that this company had scam me out lots of pieces to my watch. That’s why I’m rejecting their response

  We are sorry to hear that the customer still feels this way. The watch was in our shop for less than four minutes and in our possession for less than two. We have offered to show them the video tape in store multiple times, the customer has refused. They are instead choosing to go the way of libel and spurious accusations, to try and strong arm us into replacing their watch. They have been threatening our reputation through the BBB something that we have earned and take price in.  We would never jeopardize our store's reputation over one watch or switching parts. That's insane. we have attempted to resolve the situation reasonably, however, the person is being unreasonable.

  All I want is to be refunded and my watch repair to the original form
