      Stiffed us on his office rent payments and snuck out over the weekend. Will not make payment arrangements with us. Office Alternatives

      That is a lie, **** has communicated and accepted payment arrangements. The weekend was when the first of the month fell upon as well, a date not determined by **** but the Julian ******** which we use in *****************.

      *** you have NOT gone on a payment plan nor responded to us to do so. You at this point owe over $3000 in past rent. Please call us to arrange payments ************. Your business agreement required a 30-day move out notice. You're not off the hook sneaking out on the 1st of the month. You still owe January.

      They will take your money and not provide the services agreed to. We were given this companys name by **********s referral service. We contacted them as well as a couple of other companies to set up holiday lighting for our home. *** came out to the house and they provided a bid to perform the service. We agreed and placed a 50% deposit. They never showed up on the agreed upon date. We called and texted for several days with no answer. Only after I left messages that I would file a complaint with ********** and my credit card company, *** called and apologized. They agreed to a new date to perform revised services. Guess what? They never showed up. At this point they told us they could not perform the services despite having materials for part of the project. We called the other companies originally contacted but they were no longer available with the time line we needed. *** offered to find another company (which I asked him to do as we could find anyone else with our timeline) but again they did not follow through and stopped responding to all text and email messages. Ultimately we never received the services that we needed. At that point I called ********** and they agreed what happened was not right. They were told our deposit would be refunded by the company. After nearly 3 weeks without a refund and hearing every excuse in the book, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and plan to with the BBB. I know that every company or service may have issues especially during COVID but they were very unprofessional in how they dealt with the situation. All they had to do is tell us they could not perform the service, refund our money and we would have picked another company. We were very patient with the situation and I gave the owner every chance to perform the services and refund us but they failed to do so. This is to warn other potential clients/consumers of our experience. I do not write negative reviews but this company warranted it. They will definitely make more excuses as that is how they work. I have all of the emails and text messages to support what happened to us.

      The customer wanted to have a large outdoor tree decorated for Christmas. We do Holiday Lighting Installations on homes but not trees. IW HomeSource gave an estimate on the home installation only. The customer assumed that it included the outdoor tree even though no where on the estimate was there a tree. When the time came for installation, the customer's wife cancelled the installation because the tree was not going to be decorated. Then the client called wanting the installation to continue, including the tree. IW HomeSource agreed to decorate the tree provided that lights could be sourced. All during this time it was made clear that if the tree could not be decorated then there was to be no installation at all. At this point it was a no win-no win situation and so a refund was processed.

      This is only partially correct. We did ask for the tree to be decorated at the initial consultation and placed a deposit with that understanding of that in mind. they incorrectly provided an estimate for only the house which they claimed they did source materials for and had. They indicated that they could not get materials for the tree and then I asked that at least the house to be done and they stated they could not do any of the work. it is clear that they did not have the manpower or ability to complete the tasks early on when they gave the proposal but took a deposit and rather strung us along rather than being notified earlier so we could contract with another company. Their claim of refunding the money is absolutely false. I never received a refund from the company despite multiple requests and had to file a complaint with my credit card company.

      Terrible Experience - Does NOT Honor Their Contract Invoiced me for supplies and repairs then a sloppy and incomplet job.SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP - Did not clean surfaces of dirt or disbris before laying new flooring. Imprefections were significant enough you can see and feel the trash under the tile! New tiles peeling off as a result!INCOMPLETE - Placed flooring in the middle of the room but did not take to the walls to complete the installation. Left holes in walls where they were paid to remove old paneling and replace with new. Took the doorknob off the door and did not replace. The list is quite extensive and includes over $5000 worth of services paid for and not deliver along with thousands of dollars of damages as the property suffered major water damages because they broke a water pipe and left it leaking water! Please be warned before you proceed with this company. I have been trying to get the owner (or anyone from the company) to communicate with me since he took my money and failed to deliver as agreed. He is ignoring me, my calls, messages, etc.It appears this man, ***************, is a conartist and only wants to take your money. Hire at your own risk. It appears I will have to take legal action to seek a remedy to my loses and damage due to hiring this dishonest man.

      This project ran into a problem due to an employee, which the client was made aware of. Following the incident an effort to address the situation began but due to a confirmed Covid-19 case among the employees and reduced crew availability the effort was placed on hold. Now, the client has contested payment, receiving it back in full while I am out the cost of materials, including a brand new stove, all of which will be reported stolen now. The property is in such disrepair, with mold and multiple safety hazards that it isn't habitable and the client wants to blame IW HomeSource, it isn't truthful what she has said. What the client is doing now is intentionally slandering a good man.
