7-20/8-21 are the dates of the transactions. I am not certain of the total paid to cover all the herbal expenses at this time. The business was committed to provide healing, life and longevity. The nature of the dispute is a refund that was requested and denied. The business tried, but did not resolve the issue.Business response

The Ayurvedic Institute is an educational institution that has been in operations for 40 years. Our mission is to educate the broad community on Ayurveda and its application in general wellbeing. We do this through a 1, 2, and 4 year educational program, panchakarma, student free clinic, and graduate clinic. We do what we can to educate clients by giving them an opportunity to work with their healthcare provider after providing education on ancient techniques and methods. The customer has been a customer since 2020 and has made numerous purchases. During this time we have made refunds due to a shipment being a day late or unsatisfied with the experience. There are numerous other instances where we have gone above and beyond to serve this customer as we do any other customer.
The customer has made a request to refund all purchases since she first engaged with the organization. We pride ourselves in the education we provide and are sad to see that the customer was not satisfied. We have been striving to remedy the situation by refunding purchases outside our refund policy, even though we have made it clear that this is education only and that she is to work with her licensed provider before implementing any of the education. We feel like we have been super accommodative by attempting to refund purchases made 2 years ago. This has been an issue since we have to work with banks and credit card processing. Since this is a first for the organization we have spent numerous hours of our management team and staff to remedy this situation.
We continue to remedy this situation as we wish the customer to be happy and healthy.
