this was done in 2018.....not enough tile was ordered in the beginning, it was incorrectly measured so that delayed one of my rooms getting done. I have had House of Floors out 3 or 4 times now because the hardwood keeps separating. I have been trying for the last 7 months to get them out to fix my floors. I have left 2 messages with the girl that answers for Ryan and he has still not called. We paid almost $7,000 for this tile. This is a horrible job. I feel at this point because it has not been fixed I should just get a refund and have someone else come and fix my floors. I have asked Ryan if there is a problem with this part. Ryan has been to look at the floors and know what they look likeBusiness response

Review of our records indicate no customer by the name of **** *********. Upon further inspection of the customer address ***** ********* *** **, House of floors has done work at said address. House of floors has contacted home owner in attempt to resolve these issues.

I am rejecting this response because: the floors have not been fixed yet. They will not be fixed until April 12th so I will not know until then whether this is resolved or not.

House of floor Preformed repairs to flooring at aforementioned address on April 12. The owner of House of floors inquired as to the satisfaction of the repairs on Monday April 18, leaving a message for Mr. ********. As of current date 4/22/22 there has been no response from customer. We will conclude that the matter is handled and no further action required. Thank you for your consideration in this regard.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me at the moment. If this happens again I will be contacting Ryan at House of Floors to come back and fix. I still am not certain how long this is going to last. This was the 4th time. ****
