      I bought $305.25 worth of lady boss protein powder and supplements back in April before they closed. Never received my items I am out $300 because my bank says that they’re not able to help because of it being back in April and ****** why also went through said it’s 180 days and basically I feel like my money got stolen and I didn’t receive the items

      Hello, I had an automatic shipment sent up for the product LadyBoss Fuel and LadyBoss Recover watermelon flavor about $40 a piece. The shipment in March of 2022 never came (attached is my receipt) , I was busy and forgot to check on the shipment until April 2022 when I did not receive April's box either (attached is the communication about the change for April's box. They never sent a receipt but attached is the withdrawal from my bank) I finally got a response from the support team on 5/24/2022 with ref:_**********._*************** for stating my order was still being processed and not to worry, that the product is on the way. I never received the 2 products nor a refund. I did make a another purchase after all this during the liquidation sale and I did receive that product so I am still missing March and April subscription boxes.

      I joined the now closed Lady Boss program not long after they opened. I purchased the entire program initially, which included, The Pocket Trainer, a feature you access on your phone. Everything I purchased cost approximately $350. I've had the Pocket Trainer on my phone for 3 years. They said it would still be accessible after the business closed. I accessed it a few days ago. Last night I went to access it and the only thing that comes up is a pink screen and it says 'Gone Fishing.' This is infuriating! I paid for that! (And, I purchased many things from Lady Boss, including purchasing supplements monthly.) For that reason they said that's why it would still be accessible after they closed. So now I can't access it and there is no way to contact anyone as the business is closed now. I hadn't used it in a while, but I could still access it. Now that I have to lose some weight again and need to use it because that's how I lost weight in the first place. The Pocket Trainer has all the workouts and meals, etc on it. I don't understand how all of the sudden my Pocket Trainer and access to it is gone.

      I never heard anything from Lady Boss regarding my issue with them...the digital content that I purchased and wasn't able to access. However, I was able to access it about a week or two after I filed my complaint. I don't know what changed, but I am able to access it now.

      This is a product complaint. I used the product successfully and was unaware of the company shutting down. I have no one to reach out to to discuss an issue with one bag malfunctioning. The other bags I used were just fine but something about this one is not mixing at all. I think it is unfair that I paid good money for a product and cannot get it resent or get reimbursed for it. The dates for expiration are still good and like I stated earlier, other bags have and still are mixing just fine.

      I have been a Lady boss member for over a year and did the coaching program. I was bummed to hear that Lady boss was closing and despite sending emails and trying to call the customer service line I have not been able to get the email or link I was promise for the UTA program I had purchased. I was hoping for the links to the you tube videos so I can use my book I paid for the program and was told I would have unlimited access. It has been very difficult to get a response since the liquidation sale. I also bought the booty boot camp bands with no videos/exercises to use with the bands.

      I purchased multiple items as part of the liquidation sale, 04/15/22. I purchased the shipping insurance also. It took j til late June to get my order. The order was missing 2 bags of vanilla lean. In the order it said it was coming in a different shipment. It still hasn’t come. I tried to login to my account multiple times and it says the webite is under maintenance. There is no way for me to contact this business to resolve my issue and either get a refund or the missing 2 vanilla lean sent to me.

      I purchased over $200 of product on 4-24-22. I received an email stating it would be received in 5-7 business days. I attempted to reach the company over 10 times after a month passed and I had no product. They disconnected their phone lines, disconnected their support via email and disconnected their social media support. This product was left on my door stoop in 100+ degree weather over two months after the order was placed. Despite unanswered emails to the company to cancel it. I will gladly send this back at the expense of the company, as it took months longer to arrive than stated.

      I apologize for the frustration. We did send an email on 6/29/22 advising customers of our new support email address for unresolved issues. There was no communication from the customer therefore we were unaware of the issue.  The customer has been refunded at this time.

      In April of 2022 the business stated they were shutting down and they they were starting a liquidation sale. I purchased over $750 of product. 2 months later, in June, I received my shipment. Inside nearly everything was DAMAGED, bottles squished and bags popped from what I assumed shoving and mishandling product during shipment process, and products only days away from expiration. And the kicker was they had a "no refund no exchange policy." Surely they could see to reason they I had a legitimate issue with my order that needed to be addressed... nope. Phone lines are off, emails shut down so my calls arent going through and my emails are going UNANSWERED. I can't get ahold of them AT ALL! I disputed the charges with my credit card company, thinking that would be end of it. Nope. They challenged the disputes and are keeping my money and I'm stuck with damaged and useless product. Terrible business model. Sheisty way of handling customers.

      I spent over $400 on products during their liquidation sale back in April. I was assured my products would ship and was asked for patience. I emailed in June asking for the status. No response. I finally received 2 items shipped on around June 30, and I was happy to receive 2 of the shirts I ordered thinking the rest was on the way. I wondered where the rest of my order was so I looked it up and it said that the other many items I ordered were shipped June 30 as well. No tracking. I figured this would be a larger box, so I waited expecting another delivery. Nothing came. I emailed a few times in July to no avail, even though I threatened to contact the BBB. I just tried to email again and the emails bounced back. So looks like they now closed the email accounts. And seeing that there are other many reviews stating the same, this is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed. Since the total cost of the tees I did receive were essentially less than $10, I would expect a refund of $390, if not more. I am missing 2 greens, 2 vanilla leans, 2 pumpkin leans, 3 glows, 2 rests, 1 sweatpant, 1 go lean, 1 brownie sampler. Plus the shipping costs I paid. Sadly, this has happened before where I didn’t get items And was told I had to prove I didn’t get the items. Finally they looked into it and provided remaining items. Really sad bc the lean is a great product. Beyond unprofessional to first ignore customers emails and then shut down any kind of contact for help.

      Thank you for reaching out and for your patience! I apologize for the frustration. An email was sent out 6/29/22 advising customers of a change in our support email address. After review, I found there was no communication from the customer regarding the issue.  I do see the weight on the package is not consistent with the items that should have been included and therefore I have issued a refund for the missing physical items as the customer provided. There were also 3 digital products purchased, those items are non refundable and I have sent an email directly to the customer with the information to access those.
