We paid for a Service contract for our heating and cooling. We have used B Carlson for over 15 years. They advertise "Fix right day or night" on their web site and have always had emergency service. With the service contract whenever we have had an issue they have had someone out for service either the same or the next day. Our Breezeaire cooler, that B. Carlson installed for us, stopped working this morning. When we called first thing in the morning we were told that it was almost a month before they could give us an appointment. This is in 100 degree plus weather. It has been over an hour since I asked to talk to a manager and no one has called back. They are no longer providing the service they advertise and I find their attitude toward customers totally unacceptable. We will no longer be using this company.Review from Kim B

I want to highly commend ********* who has been to my house twice in the past week. He is the nicest person, he's friendly, he knows his job, and he works efficiently. A very professional young man, who called ahead to verify that I was home, and who provided excellent and thorough service. A *** on the shoulder for *********.

I have used B. Carlson for a number of years and they just get better and better. I recently had my regular check up and system tune up on my two A.C. units, and the two technicians, ****** and **** were not only very professional and competent, they were both a pleasure to have in my home. They called to inform me of their expected arrival time, were each incredibly confident as they examined, and adjusted the two systems, cleaned the filters, and explained how everything was in good shape, thanks to their regular maintenance. ****** and **** are typical of Carlson's staff, all carefully selected and a real asset to the company. Carlson has been our choice for plumbing and heating for over 30years! They are the best, especially when it comes to their service providers. Today we had some plumbing issues and *** and **** appeared exactly on time. The issues were resolved to our great satisfaction. Both men are friendly and polite. I needed a new whole house humidifier and the folks at B Carlson came out and surveyed for the new installation. They arranged for an electrician to install a electrical sub panel and a dedicated 220V line to the humidifier. The installation team completed the entire job in just over four hours. They laid down a protective cloth to protect the carpet and vacuumed the installation area upon completion. A job well done!***** WB. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing Response
