  If you're looking for a company that is efficient in communication and scheduling appointments don't use Fantes. Scheduling appointments can be week's possibly months away. We were waiting today for a worker to show up for air conditioning update. We called to confirm and no one knew anything about their schedule. Finally, confirmed todays appointment and we waited 3 hours. They called us and said they needed to reschedule it.... another week away. We should be charging them for OUR time. Very inconvenient. We're considering using another more efficient and convenient company.

  I had contacted Fante's through ****** for installing an AC unit. They did a great job of the install (even though I figured out later that they are far more expensive that other ****** authorized dealers). The problem started with the first time I needed to contact them. There was an issue with the thermostat and since the unit was still under warranty, I scheduled an appointment. They did not show up because there was some goof up with the one who took my call. I had to call again to schedule another appointment. This time they did show up, unfortunately since the issue was intermittent it did not show when the technician was there. The surprising part though was that they charged my wife for the visit. At the very least they should have initiated me at the time of scheduling the appointment and not after the fact. I'm very very disappointed that they would do this.I've called them multiple times and have left several voice messages but have not been able to reach anyone to discuss this with. The person who answers the calls only schedules appointments and was unable to assist. Did not expect this from a company like Fante's

  I cant say enough good things about Fantes HVAC. We purchased a Lennox A/C and heater to replace our older system that was 20+ years old. Our estimator, *********************** was extremely helpful, gave us an extremely competitive price and was a pleasure to deal with. They handled everything from filing for rebates to zero percent financing thru PSE&G. The installation was set up within 4 days of signing order and completed in ONE DAY! The installation crew also did a great job including explaining the operation and how to use the smart thermostat. If you want top notch system installed by the areas best HVAC team call Fantes,

  We called Fante's for help with our water heater (which was installed by another company last year). Our message was responded to promptly, and plumber *********************** came out to help us the next morning. **** was on time, polite, professional, and friendly. We decided to go forward with the repair, which was quickly and competently addressed by **** and the team at the office the same day. **** answered all our questions and was patient in showing me how to turn the hot water back on after the glue had been given time to set properly. It was easy, and the hot water was restored. Thanks to **** and Fante's! We highly recommend them.
