            Based on an appointment with an ACS employee, he recommended that the company schedule an appointment to remove the toilet and use a camera to see what the problem was. I was contacted by the company and told that an appointment would be scheduled. Very quickly, I received emails with the appointment time and a request for 50%OF THE TOTAL COST. I put the $447.50 on my **** ****. Within a couple of days, I became aware that the earlier existing problem no longer existed. I immediately called and spoke with a gentleman who I explained the situation and thus I was no longer in need of the appointment and requested a refund. He said that the refund would be made but it could take 8-15 days. I assured him that that would not be a problem. I further offered to pay for the services of the initial gentleman. He replied that that would not be necessary. They always do free estimates. It is now almost 30 days later and despite numerous voice mails and an email, I have received no response. This is not fair. I paid $447.50 for services not provided. The invoice number from them is: 2186. Your appreciation is much appreciated.

            Art, the owner, was incredibly responsive and empathetic to an urgent situation and panicked homeowner! I cant say enough good things about my experience. Super knowledgeable and responsive- which is tough to come by these days. I wont use any other service here forward.
