      I tried to order a machine on January 28, it said my order was denied twice. Stupidly, I tried one more time before I got a fraud alert from my bank saying there was a ***** charged to my bank account from **********************. I stopped my account and am worried about fraud on my account from you!!!

      Hi *****,I understand that finding a charge on your credit card that you dont recognize can be troublesome and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Merchants like gas stations and hotels are known for charging small amounts on credit cards to pre-authorize the account. Later, if your actual transaction posts, the pre-authorization will go away. We also operate with a similar pre-authorization process. I can see you purchased from our website in 2021 without any issues. I apologize that your current transaction was not approved.       ****************** Im sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and apologize for the inconvenience of having to return the item you ordered. I have reviewed the order and confirm that your order was placed on 11/27 and you contacted the customer service team on 11/28 around ****** to cancel the order. Although the order was not with **** it was already in a picked and packed process from the warehouse. I am sorry we were not able to stop the order from shipping.       I placed an order on 11/19/23 and received a confirmation email stating that it was being processed. It's been over a week later now and I've heard nothing and it hasn't gone in the mail. I tried calling their customer service department and nobody answers despite being on hold for over 17 minutes.

I can confirm your order was placed on 11/19 (Sunday) with the standard shipping option being selected. The **** tracking ************************** indicates it was on route 11/20 and delivered in 5 days, 11/25. I have alerted our IT department to investigate that the shipping confirmation tracking email was sent to you but may have been detected as spam. Due to the time you had to wait on hold, I would be happy to refund your shipping costs.       I placed an order on 10/7/23 to be shipped in 5-7 business days It has been 2 weeks I have not received my order.I sent an email on 10/16/23, no response.I tried calling today I was on hold for 20 minutes, nothing.Poor customer service.I hope I get my order.I would not recommend doing business with this company

      I just came back from thecpapshop in West Berlin, **. Wow! They are so nice! I bought a side cover for my resmed 10 since I no longer use the chamber. It makes the machine 2 inches shorter. Cost is $19.99 but first time customers get 20% off so its $15.99. I also was told since I dont use the chamber I can use a standard hose that you dont need to plug in the slot anymore so I got an 8 foot hose for FREE! They are so nice. I highly recommend them. ******* helped me with everything and she was such a sweetheart.

      My AirMini took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I set it up 5 weeks later and discovered a defective connector between the hose and the mask. I called customer service and was told I was past the grace ****** and would need to purchase a new mask setup for $170. I explained it should be under warranty and was told to contact Resmed. Resmed said The CPAP Shop was responsible for warranties. I called again and was told they didn't sell just the connector - but they'd give me 20% off a new mask. I checked Lofta online, easily found the $19 connector and ordered it. Will never purchase from The CPAP Shop and caution buyers to reconsider where they purchase from.

Im sorry you had an unpleasant encounter when calling our customer service **** regarding the broken connector. *** reviewed the complaint with the management team, and we will do everything we can to make sure this doesnt happen again. This was likely caused by the customer service agent being newly hired, but regardless, we should have handled this better. We would like to refund the $19 cost of the new connector you had to purchase on your own back to your credit card.       I was extremely lucky to have ***********************, an employee at The Cpap Shop in customer service, to answer the phone. He went above & beyond the call of duty. He was extremely helpful in getting a Cpap machine to me in record time. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks *** for putting my mind at ease.

      Ordered on line. I've contacted them several times and can't get an answer about where my order is. They always say "it will ship today". But it never does. They always say "we have your email address and we will track it and respond to you today". But they never do. I'm beginning to wonder if this whole company is just some guy who processes your credit card and then gives you the run around when you call, write or chat.Stay away from this company. I even told them today I would write this review if they didn't call or email me back. They obvioulsy just don't care.

      I placed an order with The CPAP Shop and had realized that I had ordered the wrong mask. *****************, in customer service,umped right on it and had my problem solved in a very short while. I cannot say anything about their products as of yet since I still have to receive my order but I can say that they do have an awesome customer service department! Thank you so much **** **** for helping to solve my problem!
