I purchased a certified used 2020 Acura Rdx tech package less than a year ago in February of 2023 from Open Road Acura in Wayne, ** for $42,000. Same week as my purchase I brought the car back after 3-4 days because you can clearly hear there was in issue with the car. They couldnt hear it so they changed the brake pads and gave the car back after a few days. The sound got worse and I reached out to my sales rep ********************* and told him this is car was bad I dont fee comfortable driving it. Nothing was done except having the service manager call me. I made videos and ever drove the service manager in the car until he was able to hear it. They said it was some sort of cushions. I got my car back after two weeks. They gave me loaner same mode rdx and I told my sales rep this car drives much better than the one I was sold and if there was something that can be done because something is clearly not right with the car you sold me there were dents found everywhere after the purchase since it was purchased at evening. Still nothing done except my manger will call you. I never ever received a call from the manager. They never called my my license plates came in as they were there for weeks but never updated my number in the system and even after I gave them the new one and purchase my car with my new number! After hounding my sales rep since I couldnt get a manager I was told oh you can buy an extended warranty for $3,000. Days that ridiculous. Come to this past week my car yet again in less than a year makes the most loud obnoxious sound of metal grinding when you even slightly touch the brakes, I brought the car make and almost $7,000 in repair, $3,500 alone for brakes. I contacted my sales rep yet again and asked for the Acura Area Manager and they are not giving me a name or number. This needs to be resolved and something needs to happen. I discussed the issue with the general manager of the dealership and learned the following:
Customer came in on 2-14-2023 with ****** Miles stating that she is hearing a brake noise. ***** inspected vehicle and found front brakes to be worn. We replaced front brake pads and rotors at no cost to customer. Customer then returned on 3-1-2023 with ****** with a noise when going over bumps and also popping sound coming from the speakers. We replaced a lower control arm along with installing new FAKRA connectors for the radio popping sound. Customer is in now 1-12-2024 with ************** more miles) since last service and has a brake noise. After inspecting found that the right front caliper locked up and caused brakes to wear out. Also found rear brakes to be low. Advised customer on repair. Customer spoke with ******* in service and customer authorized to have repairs performed. Customer paid and picked up her vehicle today 1-15-2024.
It's my understanding that the vehicle is running fine and there are no further issues.

I am rejecting this response because:I understand normal wear and tear on a car there is much more involved and my service advisor was mad aware that I was not satisfied. I picked up the car because I do not have a choice I need to commute to and from work along with bringing my father to and from his appointments. Your service advisor also made me aware of a tire issue which I have then taken up with the repair shop who replaced a tire and then was informed of much more issues with this car. Again no courtesy of even a call for the manager. I am not accepting this response and something needs to be done.

Ran my credit through 4 different banks before I even stepped on the showroom. I specifically told them I do not want my credit ran through none other than ******** ***** Finance and they proceeded to run my credit through **** of ******** ************** ******** ************ ***** Fargo. Again, this was done without my permission or authorityBusiness response

The General Manager searched the *** for *************************** and that name doesn't show up. He dated it all the way back to 2020 and nobody by that name comes up. Without a deal number being created and a deal being structured we wouldn't run his credit through 4 different banks. I'm sorry, but I cannot locate the name or transaction to support the allegations.
