I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2021. Once my Neurologist found this out he told me to come in so we can look at different treatments. There was a medicine that was brought to my attention call " ********" it had less side effects and it was a once a month injection and NOVARTIS Pharmaceuticals would pay for it through this program, well they did for two years and then I was switched over to the Novartis Patient Assistance Foundation to get my ******** and it was a nightmare. I would have to remind them to send my meds and it would sometimes be late. Each year you had to qualify. I am married to a disabled Veteran and I have insurance through the VA they never covered ******** and I just found out that this ******** is an outrageous $70,000 dollars a year. In 2024 NOVARTIS Patient Assistance Foundation denied me coverage due to my Insurance according to them now covers ********, well it does not, The third party vendor of my insurance which would cover prescriptions at a *******, *********, *** etc, will cover it with $3000 down because my MAX out of pocket for prescriptions is $3000 which is insane, I do NOT pay for my prescriptions because I get all of them by mail, so non of that goes to any out of pocket expense towards my MAX out of pocket. I filed an appeal through NOVARTIS because of this and they sat on my appeal two months, I had no meds for TWO months. Then they call asking for a financial statement, which they already had. I called asked for a supervisor, she apologized for the delay, nothing more. They are so ignorant, they denied my appeal again saying oh you should be able to meet that $3000 out of pocket they will add up all your scripts for the year. Who has $3000 worth of prescriptions a year, not me? PLUS again as I told these non listeners I do NOT pay for prescriptions. I was belittled by representatives, My household income thrown in my face over the phone while I was yelled at by a rep and then transferred to a sup with excuses.Initial Complaint

8/24/22 I saw on the internet the ****************************************** recalled dozen of lots of Xiidra 5% for failing to meet impurities/degradation specifications. Unfortunately I was not advise by my doctor or pharmacy of the recall. I checked the lot numbers on the Xiidra Eye drops I had in my personal medicine cabinet and found that I have 9 cartons of Xiidra eye drops that have been recalled. I called Novartis at ************, asking how to replace the Xiidra Eye Drops, they told me to call ******** at **************. Sedgwick couldnt help me either, told me to email ************************************* which I did, after many *************** phone calls I am still no where, I still have the ****** recalled eye drops that I am afraid to use, my eyes.I purchased all Xiidra eye drops at the *** retail pharmacy ************** located at ******************************************************************* and all Xiidra eye drops are still in their original cartons, with the pharmacy labeling attached to each carton. The lot #s of the 9 recalled cartons of 60 each, Xiidra eye drops I am currently holding are NDC-************ 19E86 - 2 cartons of 60 each NDC-************ 19P59 - 1 carton of 60 NDC-************ 20AA2 - 2 cartons of 60 each NDC-************ 20A64 - 3 cartons of 60 each NDC-************ 20A65 - 1 carton of 60 Xiidra eye drops are great, I had an affordable plan through Xiidra, but once I turned 65 & went on ******** I knew I would drop off the program and Xiidra would be very expensive (more than I could afford) thats why I back stocked a years worth of Xiidra when I was able to afford them and that is why I am asking you to replace the recalled cartons and tell me how to dispose of the recalled cartons I am holding. Please advise me if you need any pictures or any other information to resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

GSK's subsidiaries in ***** provide fake drug test reports, deliberately cover up the quality problems of drugs, and cheat in the process of providing services to consumers. I have complained to GSK's company in *****, but my complaint has not been resolved yet. Complaint case No.: ********Initial Complaint

I bought a weight loss medication and toke for three months with no results.I didn't lose one pound.I decided to write a review telling the truth about my results.The review was denied to be publish because it was negative.Now I know why you can only read good reviews on their website.They won't allowed you to publish any negative reviews.This is a terrible misleading the consumers.People today look for reviews before buying anything and if they read only good reviews they will buy is course like I did.This company is being dishonest with consumers.I hope you can do something about this matter.I have an email to prove.Thanks
