Contacted Alliance Movers and was told there would be no problem getting our stuff within a few days going from ** to **. They did not tell you that your stuff was going to another moving company and going to sit in their warehouse until they felt like moving it. When you finally get the carrier phone number and call they do not answer in a friendly manner or tell you who you are calling. Then tell you they have 21 days to get you your stuff after they take your money. Told our stuff was loading the beginning of the week for delivery. Call the beginning of the week and all of a sudden it is now Friday. Now, you sit in an empty house with nothing while they hold your items hostage. I want them to go home and sit in an empty house!Expert Movers Response

This customer booked with an outside company who sub contracted Xpert Movers to service the move. The company which they booked with promised the customer delivery. We do not guarantee delivery and it is clearly stated in the paperwork they were given to sign at pick up that we have up to 21 business days to delivery from the 1st available delivery date they provide. **************** was neither rude nor non friendly. Information was given to them as detailed a possible how the entire process works.She was informed we were waiting for the truck to arrive to load the goods.
