      Expert Movers are dishonest. I was asked for a earliest date for delivery of my belongings which I gave when I tried to change the date of delivery I was informed that it would take up to the business days for my delivery and was told that I was informed of that. The movers never informed me of this. Then I was told for the remaining balance I had to pay in cash money order or bank check. I obtained a bank check. I called today to see when my stuff would be delivered. They couldnt tell me. Then they called back today saying they had to collect the remaining balance for the move. I was told they do not accept bank checks or money orders directly contradicting the contract that stipulates that customer has to pay balance in delivery before they unload. The representative said oh no we dont accept checks or money orders

      This client booked through a broker when he initially booked his move. His move was then dispatched to Xpert Mover which is our company. In the contract it states clearly that we do not accept checks at delivery due to not having time for it to process. Final payments are due in the form of cash or postal money order only. As for delivery all customers are asked when doing pick up confirmations what the first available delivery date is. Again, as stated in the contract, we have 21 business days from the first available to deliver. We are well within that time frame. We have neither been dishonest nor misleading, everything is in the contract he signed at delivery. I can not speak as to what he was told when he booked the move with the broker because I have no knowledge. Seems like his issue is more with the broker giving incorrect information.

      My things were supposed to be picked up on either June 29 or 30. It was picked up late, on July 1. No big deal. They promised it would be delivered from ********** to ******* by the time I started my new job on July 15. Today is July ******************************************************** *** not yet loaded onto the truck. When I called them multiple times to say that they promised that my things would be here two weeks ago, they say the contract says they can be 28 days late past the agreed upon delivery date, and then for every day past that its $15 off. The total **** is almost $8000, $15 a day is basically nothing. So basically this company violated the verbal contract they reached with me to have my things delivered within 15 days, still have not delivered my things, and are not even offering a discount.

      This customer was given a discount of $200.00 when he was picked up. We arrived a day late due to issues with the truck that needed to be serviced. He did not seem to have a problem with being pushed back a day due to unforeseen circumstances. He was informed that we do not guarantee delivery dates due to the high volume of moves we are servicing we have to load in order of pick-up dates. He was also informed that out contract states we have 21 business days from his 1st available for delivery. We offer compensation for everyday that we are late in the amount of $15.00 per day. He is asking for a full refund when the services he paid for were provided. When he did his original estimate he chose not to give a detailed inventory list and instead went with a basic estimate by room which is not as accurate as a detailed list. WE didn't not violate an agreement as we do not guarantee delivery to any customer ever. His items have been delivered.
