      Hands down the most horrible and disrespectful company and service. Do not use them! I wish I didnt have to chose a star rating.

      Mrs. Usher-Moser, We are very sorry you feel this way, We have only tried to help you get your pool up and going after several phone conversations and visits to your home, your compliance and general maintenance is required on your part as well to be successful. Your frustration is being re-directed to us here on every step we try to walk you through. At this time, we too feel it might be best, if were not the company servicing you.

      I returned 4 empty 5 gallon containers so I can get my deposit back which is $11.00 each, while I gave the girl my bank card I was getting a bag of shock which costs $6.99 , so then she says one is not showing and that she already charged me for the shock and the rest is going to my bank account, so I took one of the empty containers back and left , no receipt or anything because Im trusting this girl Few days later I check ny bank account and only see $11.00 (only 1 container deposit) so I call back and some lady asked for my bank card, I gave it to her and she says she sees 2 deposits and to give it a day for the bank to show it, so I did and nothing ; I called today 6/3/22 and some girl asked again for my card , I gave it to her and now she says she only sees one deposit, now Im getting mad and Im like you guys are keeping my deposit she says bring cards or receipts showing you left 3 empty containers, I said I just gave you the card and she responded, I have no proof I hung up Those people are thieves, be careful Not going there anymore ????????

      *************** - plebe understand that if the *** System does not recognize a purchase it cannot apply funds of any terms. This is pretty standard to any/all stores. We had requested your other credit cards they may have been used in efforts to locate the original purchase for you. We are charged directly from our Liquid Chlorine Distributor for every Container Deposit... there is no profit being made on them here at Del Val Pools. Technically we are out of pocket until the customer returns them. Overall - this is a pretty harsh review for a little misunderstanding after we tried all measures to validate your purchases.

      If that was the case why she kept my containers, she couldve said take them back. Now I have to buy chlorine and I have to pay for deposits again for containers that you kept. And youre not making money? You took my containers and didnt pay me back , I lost you won Well done !!

      I can not even bring myself to choose one star. Stay away from Del Val pools. They are wonderful when you want to purchase, however their customer service is terrible. We purchased a hot tub from them several years ago. When there were no problems, all was good. That changed about two years ago when the tub wasnt working properly. We contacted one of the owners, *****, who told us the mother board needed to be replaced and that he would order the part. It was the end of the summer and we usually winterize it in the fall. ***** said he could do the work even though it would be winterized, so we set a date for him to come. He also said we did not need to be present. He never showed up. He never called. We decided to wait for the following spring, but Covid hit. We contacted ***** again in summer 2021. All we got was what we call lip service. He says what you want to hear and doesnt follow through. He said he would order the part....we thought he had already done that! We thought he already had it! Summer 2021 came to an end....still nothing. My last conversation with ***** was September 29, 2021. He said he had everything except for one part, which he told me had been shipped to him the day before and he expected to have it by the end of that week and would be good to go for the following week for coming out to do the repairs. I called him October 4, left a message. As of today, November 5, 2021, there has been no response from *******************. I would advise anyone to stay away from Del Val Pools because their customer service is terrible. The worst part is that he does not seem to care.

      I hired them to open my pool, and overall, they did a terrible job. But this is not why I am taking my time to write this. After their sloppy job, we discovered that they had broken our backwash pipe. I immediately called the office and sent pictures via email. ***** called and left a voicemail acknowledging that yes they broke the pipe with an apology however blamed my system for being So old and brittle and advised that to schedule the fix I would need to split the cost and pay $150.00 up front. Obviously, that was not going to happen. After trying to get a hold of ***** the next day I spoke with *****, the owner, and her husband. He started with oh your system is old and brittle then jumped to it is an obstruction. I asked him is my system the only old system you deal with. Do you send inexperienced crew members out on jobs regularly? Do you not leave your job sites as they were found? As someone who works and lives within the construction industry, I can assure you we know what is brittle and how to leave a job site. Yes our system is on the older side and many piping, but when I hire a pool professional I expect them to be able to navigate any kind of system. I later learn that it was his son on the job site. So daddy is now teaching him that you can bully a customer instead of taking accountability.This post is to warn anyone doing business with ******* Pools and Spas. Take pictures before they come and if possible, inspect every piece of equipment before they leave. And good luck if their son is on site, he is a sloppy and careless worker with ***** and ***** back at the office to protect him.
